I can't say enough good things about this place! My interactions with Logan Vines, Janet Carreras, Jack Loveless, Jodie, and the entire Burlington team have been absolutely fantastic.They have a unique talent for making me feel like part of their family, which I find truly remarkable. I wholeheartedly recommend this location to everyone! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’m a regular at this shop it’s a Great Vibe Great people. They worked with me especially when they didn’t have to and helped me get a computer for my CDL classes and studies. They also helped me select a charm that made my girlfriend cry with tears of happiness from the jewelry I brought her on her birthday. Nothing but good people and good vibes

Best pawn shop in Burlington by far, always treat me right I’ve done a ton of business with them over the years. Great service. Highly recommend them! Never had any problems with them!!!

After being in the Burlington area for over 10 years and using multiple pawn shops, I will say this is the best pawnshop, by far in the area. Logan, coming from another pawn shop, is a great example of how people should run a pawn shop. The current supervisor is great! I don't know his name but he goes above and beyond! The ladies there are absolutely amazing!Again, one of the best pawn shops I've ever encountered and a part of our community.

I uses to respect this place and come here often by after my recent experience I will never come here again. I sold my wife's wedding and engagement rings due to a car accident leaving me without employment. Called back today to get my rings back I sold them to the store because they said "we can only give you around $200 cause we would only sell it for around 5 to $600 bucks." I bought her rings from Kay's for total $2500. They told me today that after they sent it to refurb and repriced they are selling it now for $1200 all together. That's insane and horrible to get over on people like that. I even asked when I sold it I said you guys can get way more for it so I should get more and they said no. Never goin back again.

I had a wonderful experience at national pond today on 579 Huffman Mill Rd. in Burlington. A woman named Jodie Spencer helped me and my son with a piano and answered all of our questions. I felt like family. The owner Jack was very nice to us, as well. I will definitely go back!

Just another pawn shop. I wasn't looking for them, the "recruiter " KW solicited me through indeed about a job opening. After her pitch that "we're not just another pawn shop", I foolishly went to an interview at this location. Upon arrival at the appointed time,(actually 6 minutes early) I learned that the original individual(District Mgr) that was supposed to interview me was tied up in a meeting. I was asked then by the store manager if I could browse around the store for a few minutes until they were able to interview me. So basically they were unprepared for the interview and I couldn't help but wonder what their impression of me would be if I was late/unprepared. 10 minutes later, the store manager came and got me and I felt good about the opportunity as he stated that "they were going to move fast" on a hire. I then asked him to let me know either way whether I was offered the job or not as I had been interviewing with other prospective employers that week.I reached out to the "recruiter " and mentioned that the interview went well keeping the line of communication open. In the interim, I went ahead and accepted another job offer as 9 days went by with no communication from anyone even though they had stated that they were moving fast and would let me know either way.I then emailed the "recruiter " to please destroy or shred the photocopies of my drivers license and social security card that she solicited from me PRIOR to the interview(unusual request). The reason for this review is simply that as a prospective employer you should represent your brand well and be proficient in communication.

Me and my mom love going here. All the staff are so kind and helpful. From the moment you walk in you feel very welcomed. Truest the only pawn shop that keeps and my mom would every go too.

I absolutely love this pawn shop they try to work with you to the best of their abilities with what you have I love getting any pawnbroker I get my favorite is Miss Jodie just in the short amount of time that my husband and I have been using this particular national pawn she has made it a point to get to know us not just as customers but as actual people and that makes a world of difference as a customer to a pawnbroker you know it could be one sided and just doing it for the business but there's actual genuine feeling when I deal with Miss Jody she cares she does her best to help us out she has a major asset to the company and I hope she continues to stay there we love you Miss Jodie

In the past I always got a bad vibe coming to this location due to some prior unprofessional behavior but something told me to stop in today and I’m glad I did. Jodie and the team are kind, professional and very helpful. Couldn’t have had a better experience. Thank you Jodie for not only assisting me, but changing my view of your location.

Special shout out to Jack and Amy for assistance today. Came in trying to get rid of some old radio equipment and they checked it out and got me out of the store very quickly with a great deal!!
