Dr Dickey was very informative and respectful.
Brenda was a doll, made you feel very comfortable.
Taylor was a sweetheart! Very pleasant and patient with helping in choosing my frames.
The office truly made you feel welcomed and right at home.
The receptionist was very helpful and joy to talk too.
Highly recommended!

I always have a great experience at MyEyeDr in Burlington! Brenda was very friendly while getting me ready to see Dr. Dickey. I always enjoy seeing Dr. Dickey-he takes time to answer any questions and makes sure I understand each part of the exam. Taylor was very helpful while I was getting new frames. I appreciate that she didn’t pressure me at all for anything I chose not to get.

Quick service, was a bit strange at first due to the virtual aspect of the appointment. Brittany did a great job explaining everything and overall I think video assisted exams may be the way I go in the future.
The glasses offerings range was great! Will be returning with the rest of the family!

We love MyEyeDr. Sometimes it is hard to get appointments, but our appointments have never disappointed! Dr. Jacobson and Dr. Loo are both so sweet! Dr. Dicky is nice also. He talks a lot. Brenda was my tech and Brooke was my optician - both very nice and helpful. We have four members of our family that are MyEyeDr fans.

This location continues to be amazing! I've been going here for years and now also bring all three of my kids for their routine eye exams. Dr. Loo is great! Brenda and Brooke did a great job today but honestly all the staff at this location are wonderful!

I love MyEyeDr. Everyone is so friendly but there is one person who stands out from ALL the rest. That person is Brooke. From being beautiful, her personality is definitely people friendly. She goes above and beyond to help me(I've seen her do the same with other people) which she does for everyone but it makes me feel special. Not only by helping you, you can really have a great conversation with her(when she's not busy). Brooke works with you on everything trying to figure out the best options for you. Brooke is the BEST!!

Visited the Burlington location after moving to NC fro out of state. It was a wonderful experience! The staff were friendly and polite. Dr. Dickey was extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Combine that with with a great personality/character and we have a winner! I'll definitely be taking myself to this practice again.
