Every month it's a different bill amount..sold me a new phone that was actually refurbished and refused to accept responsibility..I have lost all my business contacts/ clients costing me a lot of money..again refuse to take responsibility..

I don’t recommend anyone going to the store. The store is always open, but can never take payments. This makes twice I have went over to make a payment. They have told me this. I have to leave the store and go to Walmart and buy my card from that store. Why is that? But,I stay right down the street and it inconvenienced me every time. I’m really thinking about switching phone companies and going to a different phone company. This last time I had to go to the store on Ramada Rd. to make a payment.

Regina ,the manager hides behind the phone while secretly ripping off customers. Since most of the people in Carolina can barely read or write, customers fall prey. What's worst is they don't even know it. You think your going into a Metro store, but it's their third party vendors ,Cell Touch.Went into to get a new phone. Never had any problem with this store or the company until recently.They deducted funds from my account and lied to police saying they did everything to help. Total lies,in fact, I was downgraded. No worries, I will get my money without returning to the thieves . Of course the right way

Bought a new phone. Aimee couldn't have been any more helpful or kind. Second time I've purchased a new phone at this location and it's been a great experience both times.
