McPherson's is the best! I brought in my mother's wedding gown last year, which had spent 60 years in a box in a drafty, dusty attic, and my wedding gown recently, after hanging in a closet for 36 years. I had no idea what the fabrics were, or what might have caused various stains. The differences between wet/dry cleaning were explained, as well as possible outcomes - both positive and negative. I'm thrilled to say both gowns cleaned up beautifully - no more staining, restored to true white again, the fabric and lace beautifully soft and draping. The gowns will be turned into heirlooms for generations to come. I wouldn't have trusted anyone except McPherson's with something so important.

I recently found my mother's wedding gown from 1959 after it had been stored in a cardboard box in a drafty, dirty attic for decades. I wanted to rescue the fabric to make keepsakes for her great-grandchildren. The dress wasn't in horrible shape, but it was very stiff and yellowed. McPherson's did an amazing job! Now the dress is white and the lace is soft and flowing. It will make beautiful Christmas angels!

I have used McPherson multiple times since relocating to Burlington from NYC during the pandemic.They have cleaned wool suits, dress slacks, sports coats, and dress shirts for me.Their service has been on time, of the highest quality, and the front desk intake is efficient, quick, courteous and professional.I would highly recommend them; they were originally recommended to me by a long time resident of Burlington, with good reason.Finally, judging by the traffic, they do a LOT of business and it would seem that a lot of the good folks of Burlington consider McPherson to be "the" go-to dry cleaner.
