It was a hassle from the beginning. I was told when I should expect my delivery, then the employees made careless mistakes resulting in having to reschedule the delivery. This whole time they butter me up by saying they'll throw something free in for my troubles. The day of the delivery, the delivery team was sent out before my leasing office opens, and I was told over the phone I had 15 minutes or they were leaving and not coming back. I did my best to get maintenance to let them in, but was unsuccessful, that is all I could do, and all day at work I had to take call after call after call, adding to my already stressful day. They ended up coming back and making the delivery, which was all perfect and I was happy, until I walked back into my hallway and found a trim piece from my wall that had been knocked off, and nobody let me know. I fixed that myself. Your claim of getting me something for my troubles was a total lie, and the fact that after all of what went on you had the audacity to call me asking for a positive review. I'm happy I have a well set up bed, and I'm incredibly disappointed in your team and the way this has been handled. Fred was a kind person, and did his best to work with the delivery guys, but kindness isn't enough.

I would like to commend Fredrick on his exemplary service. I went in looking for a pillow to help alleviate neck pain. Not only was he kind and welcoming to my mother and me, he was thorough in his assessment of my needs, as well as, very patient and supportive as I searched for the right fit. Would most definitely shop there again. Thanks for a great experience.

Chuck Schubert, Freddy Brown, and Audretta Hall has made my wife and I bed buying an impeccable experience. No nonsense and no high pressure sales tactics. If you are in need of a new mattress or even think you may need one, please please go see Mr Fred Brown at the burlington store 0126. Mr Fred is the best salesman/ friend I have had the pleasure of working with. He immediately makes you feel he's your long lost best friend. He has never ending patience, a heart of gold and a true desire to help you leave with the perfect bed for you and your loved ones. Some only care about the money, lets face it, need that green to live, but Mr Fred never makes you feel you are just a sale or just an addiction to his paycheck. You leave making a mental note to inv him to your next bbq or your son's graduation, because you now have a friend for life!
We love our bed and thanks to Fred the whole process was quick, easy and painless! We Will definitely be back and do yourself a favor, if you are in the market .. stop in, Fred Brown can't wait to meet you!!

Before I went to Mattress Warehouse, I had an idea of what I wanted, but after meeting Freddy Brown, I gained much more knowledge of the importance & benefits of sleep. Consequently, my wife & I ended up spending twice as much as was planned and the results were/are worth it.
