Always love lowes over home depot. Just bought my washing mechine from there good pricing, had deliver options but we choose to just take it and it was easy to put in the house and set up. I will keep you updated.

The customer service Tracy M provided for us today was impeccable. He helped us so much during our visit, including loading multiple bags of rocks into our car. We appreciate how friendly and helpful he was to us during our visit, hope he is there every time we shop at lowe’s!

Ami, I love shopping at Lowe's because they have everything. When we want some plumeria there we go When we want to fix the zinc in the bathroom. The bathtub is where we always go

Helpful employees every time. Lowes should invest more in their store employees and implementing better in store and online systems. Prices on some things are high but they have a lot of products here that are better price and quality than competitors.

This is a 0 star rating, not a 1 star rating. I am writing this review for my dad based on his experience with Lowe's and the contractors who installed a washing machine May 26. The washing machine hose connector feeds were cross threaded by the contractors, who failed to make sure everything was working properly before they left. My dad was left with about 1-2 inches of water in the kitchen which needless to say ruined the kitchen floor. He filed a claim with Lowe's and they want my dad to find a restoration company and do all of the leg work to repair the damage they caused. This is piss poor customer service from a piss poor company. Does it not matter he is an elderly Vietnam Vet who served this country and is being jerked around?

We came to Lowe's twice in the same busy Saturday. Each time we were there, the staff was so nice and friendly. The first time, not only did Al answer all our questions and help us find the perfect plants for our front yard, they also helped us to corral our energetic 2 year old. They were not phased by having to have our conversation across aisles and to continually move around to help us.
When I returned to Lowe's that same evening, I had the same toddler with me but this time he was grumpy from his nap. The young guy (it's either Jordan or Jeremy....sorry) at the register in the garden area was so nice to my son. He got on his level and talked with him. He gave him the scanner so that he could help scan things out. By the time we were ready to leaelve, my toddler was much happier.
Keep both of these employees for as long as you can! They are absolutely amazing employees and human beings.

I had a return and was told I could only return 1 of the 2 pieces . I ask when the policy changed. I told her I was buying more material and she said I couldn't return it so I told her I would go somewhere else and she said that was fine and I told her no that's great. I will be sure to pay my Lowe's credit card off and shop somewhere else from now on.

They had the annuals I was looking for. The bad part was that I had been looking online and their site insisted that they didn't have any and wouldn't have until 5/22/24.
I stopped on a hunch. They had had them for over a month! They were pot-bound with masses of roots growing out of the pot bottom. Only a small selection was left so I had to buy a color a little less attractive in our spring landscape design.
Lowe's Home Improvement needs to get their online info to match their actual garden center. These should have been planted a month ago but every local garden center's website denied having them. But they did.

Lowe's tries harder than HD, being the under dog. Usually too busy, but I've been asked if I need help by associates. When I ask and interrupt them they go the extra mile to help.
