We were searching for a 12” Walnut Butcher Block top to use in our updated pantry. It unfortunately wasn’t offered at a location near us, so I had to travel to the nearest location which was an hour away.I finished work at 5pm and would arrive at 6pm, so I called ahead to make sure it was ok, and Chris said he was happy to accommodate me.Thankfully, I arrived a couple minutes before closing. Chris was friendly and efficient. He even went above and beyond by informing me about attaching a bright colored flag at the end of the block since it was hanging outside my vehicle and the best route to the closest home improvement store to get a flag. I really appreciate him looking out for my safety and the safety of others (AND for saving me from getting a ticket).
