Superior customer service and always greeted with a smile. I picked up an online order today and was very pleased by how quickly it came. I ordered it on Monday and it arrived today, Wednesday. The dressing rooms could use some freshener but aside from that, the store was in good condition. I’ve been coming to this particular location since moving to NC because they are so friendly and service oriented. They’ll get what they don’t have in stock and ship it for free! .

I had an amazing experience with the two ladies who worked on July 1, 2024. They were really professional, friendly, and made me feel at ease. Mrs. Haileigh, one of the ladies, assisted me to figure out the right bra size, and I am extremely pleased with the outcome! Finally, I received a personalized hand written Lane Bryant card wishing me an early happy birthday, which meant everything to me. I'll surely come back. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!

Lane Bryant clothes are more expensive than some other options, however, the staff here are awesome! Angie helped me with a bra fitting, helped me try different sizes and styles. She was super patient and taught me what I should be looking for with fit. Made me feel comfortable when clothes shopping is one of my least favorite things to do. That makes it worth the price.

Recently visited this location to pick up an online order. When I walked in I was greeted and asked what I needed which was nice! As I walked towards the register all I could here was barking. There was another customer in the store with an associate (there were 3 that I saw on this Sunday) and she had this loud yapping dog! Annoying but still fine. As I’m working with the associate to complete my transaction and leave this dog just kept barking. Again annoying but still fine! This lady had no control over her dog and the dog jumped on me and she didn’t even react until I said “Get your dog!” There were 3 employees who were there, 2 behind the register and the one working with the other customer and no one said a thing! I think if dogs other than service dogs are going to be allowed in the store the store and owner of dog should make sure the dog is under control while in the store!!

I DIDN'T WANT TO GIVE SUCH A LOW RATING. IT'S NOT EVEN ABOUT ME. I RECEIVED MY ORDER. THE UPS MAN BROUGHT ANOTHER ORDER WITH MY NAME ON IT. I KNOW SOMETIMES ALL THINGS DO NOT COME TOGETHER. I OPENED IT. IS SAID WAIT I THOUGHT I PUT THIS STUFF BACK. MY SAME EXACT SIZE. UNDERWEAR AND A PAIR OF JEANS. I LOOKED AT THE INVOICE AND IT'S NOT EVEN MY STUFF! I CHATTED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ASKED IF THEY COULD MAIL OUT AN INVOICE. I DON'T HAVE A CAR OR PRINTER. THEY SAID CAN YOU GET FAMILY OR FRIENDS TO DO IT. I KNOW QUITE A FEW PEOPLE WITH COVID AGAIN SO I'M TRYING TO HUNKER DOWN AGAIN. I JUST ASKED IF YOU CAN MAIL THE INVOICE. MY HOUSE IS NOT PET FRIENDLY AND SADLY I AM A TOBACCO USER. WHAT AM I GOING TO DO WITH THIS MERCHANDISE? PLEASE MAIL ME AN INVOICE. I AM TRYING TO DO THE RIGHT THING!

Was gifted a gift card for Christmas. My first time ever in a Lane Bryant. So I'm very new to the experience, which was a little intimidating for me.Customer service & personal help from bra sizing, finding the right fit in different styles was phenomenal. I wish I had got the names of the ladies that helped.The ladies were not only professional, but nice in general.Thank you all for your help!

My mom drove from Virginia to exchange items ordered online after not knowing her Lane Bryant bra size. It was confusing due to the way Lane Bryant ships orders. The return was started prior to close and lasted almost 45 minutes after close. Miranda, Yolanda, and Heyleigh were so patient! The Poynter Place store would have suspended transaction and told us to come back tomorrow. I really wanted to recognize these ladies for top notch customer service!! Thank you so much for helping my mom and not letting her waste her gas driving from VA.

They have a large selection of pretty and contemporary clothing for plus sized women, and the staff is helpful. The specific store can't help the company policy. The rules of returns seem a little off though. If you wear an item and remove the tags, you can't return it, even if there is something wrong with it that you can't see until you wear it.I bought something that has seams on the inside with very scratchy material that you couldn't see, but feel. It's not even something you could feel until you'd been wearing it. It left marks on my skin. They will not take it back for an exchange. It was worn once.
