Impossible to talk with a person to resolve billing question. Filled out their online form one week ago and have yet to be contacted by their "trained customer service professionals." But, I do continue to get email reminders to pay my bill, which I'm not going to do until I get some answers. Googled their corporate headquarters, and the phone number listed is not a working number. THE worst example of customer service I think I've ever seen! If I could give them a zero star, I would.

Trying to get the website to work to get my lab work. I never got info after trying over 1 week EVERY DAY.Again with starting fresh to create new email & Pw …. 2 days ( over the weekend & STILL NOTHING WORKS!Try to use another lab if possible!!!Good thing my stock is not in LabCorp. Very inefficient with getting results back to customers! Thought they had Tech Support but it is a Real Joke!!!!

Lab draw stations are not always staffed with enough help for number of people needing blood work. Too often I have had to leave and come back. Making an appointment does not solve the issue when there are too few places and not enough workers. Most of the workers are great at their job and try.

There are a dozen listings for corporate office. One number listed states it's an invalid number. When I find another number, I keep put on hold, then disconnected. Customer service is a joke!

So many issues with LabCorp in Wesley Chapel, FL, not enough room to write. It appears no one at LabCorp is interested in hearing from customers. Called customer service, in the middle of a sentence, the man cuts me off and sends me to another number. Called corporate headquarters and a woman answering the phone, tells me she is "only the receptionist". I ask to be transferred to the CEO. Adam Schechter. A message after the phone rings , I start to leave my information and cut off, yet again!LabCorp at Wesley Chapel, FL office seems to have issues. Referred people in the lobby to Quest, when problem with their computer occurred. Evidently an ongoing issue, plus complaining about lack of staff. Another appointment, people were told the computer, for at least two days, didn't show any appointments! Now I have a billing issue! Who handles that? Folks, run from LabCorp and find a lab that is professional, has staff, technology works there, and on, and on, and on!

Absolute simpletons on billing - my credit rating went down 134 points due to them claiming I did not pay an invoice - here's the kicker -They billed an insurance that I no longer had (for four years). Their billing department is so incompetent that once that happened, they proceeded to send the invoice seven times to a home I had not lived in since 1995!!I have had these same problems with them and I have been seeing the same doctor for 30 years; but these idiots must not know how to read updated info. They said the doctor's office gave them the address and insurance. To catch them in their lie, I asked them what phone number they had for me. They gave me my cell phone which is 15 years old. I said here is my insurance; just bill them. They said they couldn't because they had sent the bill to collections; but they agreed to take it off of my credit report.Well due to their stupidity, the bill has not been paid and will not be.

i have spoke to lab corp reps on 4 occasions! i have 2 insurances: my primary insurance is #xxxxxxx and secondary #xxxxxxx. despite me given the reps on the phone this 4x's and the lab technician at your location this at the appt, you are still sending me wrongful bills claiming i owe $9.59 invoice #xxxxxx your reps 4x's said disregard the bill we see your 2 insurances in the past and there is no co-pay. your reps also claim you cannot put 2 insurances in the system so i have to call each time nonsense as well as this false bill you sent me??? why the hell are you sending me past due notices after you promise all is good? disgrace this horrific nonsense you put me and customers through wrongfully.

The people in the clinic in Birmingham, AL are great and treat you like a person. The parent company in general have horrible customer service. My blood work was coded wrong and they sent an invoice that totaled $ 443.20. I contacted my insurance company and was given new EOBs that show the blood work was in fact covered for a far less amount. I have had the original invoice in dispute since April, 2022. It took multiple tries to get someone at Labcorp to finally look at the paper work. I got a revised invoice for $ 12.40 today, but it came in the form of a threat to pay now or it will be sent to a collection agency. This is not good business. It would be different if I had not been in contact to resolve the matter, but I have multiple emails with Labcorp over the past 90 days to get this resolved.

Zero Stars compare to SonoraQuest as they accept my FSA and customer service provides me pleasant service unlike LabCorpLast time I allow my doctor to use LabcorpThey cant acxept FSA paymwnt based on how they code it but accuse me of it being my issue. I can ise this card just fine and called my account maanger to confirm said accusation by LabCorp customer service person. I asked for a supervisor- only ro wait and wait and wait and it was of a tone of Im not going to put effort in.I have FSA money to give yet your business doesnt seem to have the right resoirces nor staff to provide me like SonoraQuest.I have choices and your deficiency helped me make a decision to not use you for my lab work.

This is by far the absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They continue to send me bills and bill the wrong insurance company. When I call them to fix it, I got hung up on…S/O to Carl. I’ve been dealing with this for months and still no resolution. They’re trying to make me pay over $1000 for blood work. My insurance company doesn’t have any claims for labs. Labcorp just keeps sending me to talk to my doctors office saying that’s who gave them the insurance information, even though I have spoken with 4-5 different people to try to get this fixed. This is a nightmare of a company. I’d give it negative stars. And clearly based on them only receiving 1 star, they should be more concerned with where they’re going wrong. Whoever is in charge there should be fired!
