Charles was funny, kind, accommodating, and fast with tailoring my wedding gown. He was knowledgeable on how to tailor my gown to make it fit perfectly. His alterations were affordable and I have already given a handful of recommendations for him, and plan to keep doing so.

The service I received here was quick, friendly, and very reasonably priced!! The gentleman who owns this shop knows exactly what he’s doing and what your garment needs to look its best. 10/10 recommend and I will be back every time I need alterations!

Charles came recommended by a friend when I needed significant alterations done to my daughter's prom dress. I led the interaction by informing him that she needed significant alterations, but we had to pick the dress up in one week. I asked if this was a timeframe he could meet and he said absolutely. The interaction started amazingly with Charles being kind and making my daughter laugh. We made arrangements to pick the dress up at 4:15pm one week later.
One week later we excitedly go to pick up the prom dress only to realize he hasn't touched the dress! He acted surprised to see us when we showed up at the scheduled time. He told us that he had many customers (a phrase that would be repeated frequently) and didn't get to it, it will be ready Saturday. Saturday! PROM IS SATURDAY!! He then says come back at 630pm. Ok I mean I had things to do that evening hence scheduling to pick it up at 4:15pm. Return to the shop (despite having other places to be). Charles states it is done. Daughter tries on the dress. The only thing he did was hem it! There were still pins where the waist needed to be taken in. Through all of this there was never one apology for the dress not being done on time, because he had many customers. His response was "you will never have to trust me again" don't worry buddy I won't. The lack of empathy and professionalism was astounding. The dress ended up being ready Friday morning so I had to again rearrange my schedule to pick it up. It appears to be good work, we will see when she gets home from school and tries it on. Oh and he never did the alterations to the bust area, but we didn't want to press our luck, so we just sucked that up because it was fine without the alterations, just would have looked a little better. Although the work appears to be decent the lack of professionalism will prevent me from EVER recommending him to even my worst enemy. He made what should have been a joyous event a stressful nightmare. Stay far away!

What a wonderful tailor Charles is ! I wish I would have met him thirty years ago . He is so nice and dedicated to his craft. His tailoring is impeccable. The pricing reasonable. I am short and stocky and any pants I buy have to be shortened. He did a great job with quick turnaround time on six pair of pants I took in.
Charles also has a cheerful attitude and a very positive outlook on life. I am so glad I met him and recommend his business to everyone who needs any type of tailoring and talking with a genuinely kind human.

Beware….had to go back multiple times, promised dates of completion & he hadn’t even started on the item. Insists on charging in advance of completing work. He is extremely rude!!
