I have shopping 5years at this store i have my credit card all time I usually use my app wallet to pay and use my rewards and cupons but this pas Sunday I was there and trying to pay like all other times but they have a new cashier very especial I forgot my driver license and never I think they going ask for this women is very rude and I can’t use my digital wallet like other times but I promise never ever come back to this store it wast my favorite store for many years but I don’t want see people who feel the king or queens
I understand the store have their rules but she dont use any education or knowledge of it I don’t have her name but probably you will know when you go there. I promise I will never come back there again .

Kohl's seems to always to have the same clothing. They do have posted and coupon sales . Just wish they could change brands and styles.

I was at the Burlington store on 4/22/24.
I was greeted by Missy. I needed assistance and she went the extra mile and helped me find what I needed and checked me out herself.
She is an asset to your store.She will continue to be my "go to " person each time I shop there.

We found a couple of clearance items this visit. We looked throughout all department's and also found a printed shirt for our boy. It's usually a hit or miss in this store.

They need more cashiers. The wait to check out is always soooo long. The wait time isn’t worth whatever I consider buying.

Very over priced and any deals they have or kohls bucks you get are never on name brand items, only on the cheap low quality barnds.
