They shared much information especially on how to prepare the house for showing.They kept us updated with any showings and helped us with making the right choice with offers that were made. Jim was able to find a buyer in a short period of time. The process of getting paperwork done was easy especially since we (me, my wife, and 2 daughters) do not live in Burlington. The whole process took 68 days ( I think that is fast.)
