Owner is rude and doesn't understand customer service, management is sloppy and disorganized, appointments made over the phone are not acknowledged when you get there, no parking or driveway to even pull into this place. Do yourself a favor and take your money and your business elsewhere.

I was told to come early Saturday morning to get service done to my car.Got there at 7:30am to be the first. Opening time is 8am. Worker didn't get there till about 8:50amAsk me why am I here I said I was scheduled to come in early morning from Juan. OH Juans not here today. But I was scheduled today. I'm sorry I can't help.Ok why scheduled me after waiting since 7:30am just to deny me. This is just not very good service. I'm sorry.
