I had my hair done by Chelsea!! There is new staff and she is one of the new stylists. She was super great and attentive. She colored and styled my hair. She is did a keratin treatment too. I went from curly hair to this. She did such an amazing job. The color is great and my hair is so soft and looks so healthy. I will definitely be coming back to see Chelsea!!

Honestly dissatisfied with the salon, however I will say the young lady in the cosmetics department was super helpful in the resolve of the issue. Bottom line no to the salon but yes to JC !!! ?

They charge for tips without telling you the haircut came out bad and looked nothing like I wanted it to look. never taking my son again too overpriced for a haircut that doesn't look niceService: Haircut

Judy was extremely nice and caring, however, I am not happy with how my perm turned out. The whole perm process was rushed and now my hair just looks like waves instead of the corkscrew curls I asked for. This salon is SEVERELY understaffed. I came here because I was looking for a more reasonably priced salon and I thought this was it. Boy was I wrong. You get what you pay for so I'm taking my business somewhere else. I'd rather go to a more expensive salon and get what I ask for. Never again and a big mistake on my part for coming here.Service: Perms

It's OK but ask for exact pricing on everything because they will overcharge and switch products without informing you. I wouldn't go back due to the lack of pricing transparency.

They we're friendly people but they do not know how to do hair, I was blonde when I went in, just needed a touch up and left orange... Saw another girl leave worse than me. It took five hours on top of that.

LEGITAMATELY left the store balling in tears. went in for my roots to be touched up-I've been getting highlights for years and have had not great experiences but never enough to get truly upset. I currently have a giant bleach blonde spot - like white blonde- dead center across my hairline. it looks like someone took a spray paint can of bleach and went crazy on my head. It's going to cost double what a regular highlight would cost to fix this.

The prices are a bit high on items. Even the reduced items are overpriced. The areas where the clothes are hanging are a bit crowded. The checkout time is a little lengthy and the checkout people are not overly friendly. I do like to shop there for my grandson, but am using online shopping more and more

The lady that helped my daughter with the coloring for the Avenger contest was great! Super sweet and good with kids.
