Worst service ever! Cheating the government outright is a better plan then dealing with these terribly rude people. The general manager over the entire line of these Jackson Hewitt franchises is named Joyce and one talk with her and you will understand why the service is so bad and the management staff are so rude. They messed up four years of my taxes and Joyce literally told me it wasn't her problem!
