If I could have gave them 0stars that’s what they would have got. Pre paid for the car there to pick up then they tell me that I need major card without there down grading my already small car. This should have been said when the rental was placed and paid for. Now trying to get out of town and have to find a different car company to get a rental.

This place needs to be shut down or have a major management overhaul. I can only hope that there is some kind of review for the business being conducted here. I think a couple of their rental policies are absolutely absurd. On top of that, they are painfully understaffed. I should have never wasted my time and money trying to rent here.

Worst rental car experience EVER! After we arrived, with a RESERVATION, they informed us that they didn't have any cars ready and told us we needed additional documentation from what we were told we'd need online. Unorganized office with hand written "be back soon" signs and a single confused employee.

After receiving horrendous Customer Service at Roxboro NC Enterprise, I called this Hertz office for assistance with a rental while my vehicle is in for repairs after a car accident. Ashley; the Customer Service Representative went out of her way to work with the Insurance company to arrange a proper vehicle for me. I was unable to make it to the office to make the arrangements myself so Ashley worked with the insurance company over the phone. I was contacted in less than 1/2 hr with a confirmation number. It’s really nice to have someone go above for you in a time that it seems like customer service is at an all time low!! Thank you Ashley, I appreciate you!

I was needing to rent a full size car on short notice due to a death in the family. They were able to accommodate me, and gave me a much better rate than I could find anywhere online. I would definately use their car rental services in the future.

Would give zero stars if possible. Do NOT rent from here. They do not have cars available when you arrive for reservation. Completely unapologetic for leaving someone in bad situation. Then said that we should have called before we came to confirm and that is the process for all car rentals, which is absolutely untrue.

Prepaid the entire amount using a debit card, online, to rent a cargo van, arrived to pick up. Was informed they could not let me drive the vehicle without a major credit card...even though they already took my money for the full rental amount and there was no indication on any confirmation emails that I needed a credit card, but fair enough policy is policy. I was given an obviously outsourced call center phone number for corporate to call for a refund. The representative said it would be 7-10 business days for the refund to show up. I asked if i would get an email or confirmation number and she said no they don't do that just call to check the status. 18 days later still no refund. I called the corporate number again and was told there was no record or note of my first call. They said it was now showing in their system as processing but I still haven't gotten a refund and they state they cannot give me any email or confirmation, which i would like so that i have some paper trail or documentation. Getting the runaround from local branches and no answers. I will NEVER use hertz ever again. Utterly disappointed, upset and stressed over something that should be simple. I will only use enterprise from now on!

I arrived to the store to discover that my reserved vehicle had been given to another customer. I arrived 30 minutes late due to an incident out of my control, although it was still during business hours. Even though my rental was given to someone else, there were other cars on the lot. However, I was told by the store associate that all of the other cars needed servicing. Regardless, I left the store inconvenienced without the rental I was expected. Thus, I had to wait until the next day to make a new reservation with Enterprise, where I had no problems.

Notified just minutes before pick up that they don’t have a car available. I don’t understand why you charge someone when there’s not a guarantee for car. Highly disappointing. Not blaming customer representative Brett who I’m sure it isn’t his fault but this just doesn’t make sense to me.
