Update: Still going there, gotta be close to 8 years or more? They are still great, still the best to work with. Very flexible, and staff is fantastic.
Mike and Mike have been a great find. I've been taking my vehicles there for over three years. Everything from oil changes, inspections, and tires. Prices are always competitive, scheduling is flexible, and I feel that all the techs there do great work. I cannot recommend them enough.

The owner is always right on top of every job. They will save you money if they can, are impeccably honest and extremely thorough in checking everything out each time you come in. They have cared for all our vehicles for years and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I was fine, until I saw the oil sludge in the headliner in my car. Unfortunately, when I noticed, I was already in Lexington, 45 minutes away from the location. I explained this to the owner, who said "if you can get it back here we'll clean it, whether or not we did it." When I tried to explain that I sent photos and no one has serviced the car since we've owned it (few short months) I got a raised voice and a different attitude. I'm sure the owner will respond by saying something about how I raised my voice also, which is true. After he insinuated that I was lying, I got a little annoyed. I paid over $200 bucks for one tire and all I wanted was for the owner to make it right. It is IMPOSSIBLE for me to physically get back there to have it corrected, as I explained to them more than once, so I naively assumed the owner would give me a small discount, maybe 10% or something. Considering I now have to purchase something to clean the sludge off my car. Apparently that's a bridge too far for this place. Oh! The super awesome technician couldn't figure out how to turn off my tire sensor light, so I had to do that. Thank God for YouTube. Go elsewhere.

This is the best place to take your car. They are so kind and trustworthy. I personally have never had a mechanic that would go out of their way for me like Mike. They truly love to help people.

I came down from Ohio for thanksgiving and had some pretty bad engine problems on the way down, I went to 3 other dealerships and automotive place's who pretty much ignored me. I mean here I am 600 miles from my home ( my family lives her in whitsett), I was really just devestated!
Anyway, 6 days later I’m still stuck. I finally I called garden and they said bring it on in, we will fit you in somehow.
Well the diagnosis wasn’t good but the folks at Garden sure took care of me the best they could. I was able to get home, get back to work! A true blessing ! I can’t thank Garden enough for their compassion, honesty and service !
Thank you Mike and Elizabeth, I think you all are awesome !

Amazing shop pretty friendly. I brought my new car here to fix a coolant pipe the day I bought it. They weren't the best at giving me a call back for simple things like (When the part arrived or when they ordered it). At first I brought the car in on a Tuesday (8/29/23) and was told that they would look at it and order the part same day. I called on Thursday for an update and was told it hadn't been ordered yet. I decided not to bug them much more and waited till the next week on Tuesday (9/5/23) to contact them and I did get some answer but had to call back because I didn't receive an answer on if the part had arrived. But Maintenance was completed on (9/6/23).RatingMaintenance/Service:5Customer Service:4Price:4Overall:5 (For outstanding Maintenance)I will be coming back for future maintenance.
