Store was set up nicely but clerk was rude to my child. If you don’t want to deal with the public maybe you should work in a warehouse somewhere.

This store ain't never got nothing working correctly, management got employees standing outside because they not there to open up,gotta have exact cash,no card payments, I mean just closed the store down.

I had never been to this family dollar before but I was very pleased at how organized it was. They didn't have the adult version gardening tool i was looking for but the employee was so kind to point me to the kid version that will work just as well. Everything pretty stocked. The cashier was pleasant as well.

I went to family dollar today. After reviewing my receipt I noticed that I was double charge for a few items. I got back in line and waited to receive a refund. When I approached the counter and ask the lady if she was the refund lady she responded with a very snarky comment. I was kind of taken back so I giggled and then she mocked my laughing. I then asked for her name and she responded saying “none of your business” she then continued to yell at me across the counter and said was “privileged” & refused to give me my money back.I’ve never been so disrespected by an employee in a place of business.The bottom line is - I was the CUSTOMER she was the EMPLOYEE. What a HORRIBLE representation of this store & company as a whole.The ONLY privileged person I see from this situation would be HER if she continues to hold employment here. No one else would still be employed after displaying behavior like that. Learn how to act!Customers in line behind me that witnessed this began to say that this particular employee has apparently done this to several people - numerous occasions.I’ve worked in customer service, I KNOW this behavior is grounds for termination and I DEMAND repercussions for not only the employee but the manager that stood by silently and watched her employee cause such a distasteful scene. When I asked for the managers name she said her name was Brenda. However after that scene I wouldn’t be shocked if she gave me a fake name in order to make it more difficult to file a complaint.They should be ashamed and family dollar should as well. I’m in the process of filing this complaint with cooperate.UNACCEPTABLE

April 2 2022 … employee 20 minutes late to open the store. Immediately gets mouthy with customer. Disrespectful, rude, ugly comments from the employee. Terrible family dollar allows that to happen.

Long lines with 1 person up front, second person in the back stocking instead of taking care of the customers first. She had headphones on and wouldn't respond to the other girl on register asking for help. Neither greeted any customers.

Great sale and closeout prices. Usually in stock; only one thing, usually you can't get cash back or use mobile or paper coupons on cigarettes.
