Although they seem very nice the work they produce is TERRIBLE!!!;they take NO responsibility, they are not accountable...they've damaged 3 items and the response has been "I don't see the problem"-you have to be blind not to see the damage...never coming back...you'll have been warned!!!

Nice staff, terrible work...damaged 3 items and never accountable or take responsibility. They'll blame the fabric, the manufacturer rather than admit that they made an error. Dont use them!!

Been going here for years. I went in last week with my regular load and requested same-day service, as I always do. The guy says 'we don't do that'. ?I respond, quite puzzled, 'the sign on the front says you do'.The man then responds 'we stopped doing that'. When did you stop doing same day service - a few days ago? I was in there a week before and got same day service with no issues.

This is the MOST dishonest business in Burlington, NC. I dropped off a short peacoat and cashmere sweater to be cleaned. I was obviously a new customer because I was not in the computer and had to give all pertinent information (address, phone, etc). Upon returning, the bill, instead of being $5 before tax, was nearly $12. I questioned the sign on the front of the store ($2.50 Dry Cleaners) and was told "that is just a name." I told her I was not told there were any exceptions to the $2.50 price, and pointed out there was a list of "up fees" taped to the counter, none of which included a coat or jacket or sweater. Long story short, I refused to pay and called the Burlington Police. They responded and cordially told this lady her prices were not listed openly anywhere and that the name of the story was very misleading. She still refused to adjust the price. This business is doing the old bait and switch form of business which is unethical, dishonest and honestly disgusting. Please do not patronize this business as they are profiting off unsuspecting honest customers. The least we can do as a city is send a message that this type of business is not welcome. Put her out of business until she posts her prices openly or changes the name on the front of her store.
