I came here on a Friday afternoon primarily to get food from the restaurant inside the gas station. (Review of that is below). After ordering my food, I browsed around while waiting. There was an ATM inside, an empty ice container, a gambling area, ample selection for snacks and drinks, and a beer cave. They have an area where you can get a slushy or coffee. There is also a “restaurant” inside the gas station called Krispy Krunchy Chicken where you can get some food. Unfortunately, they do not have a public restroom. Outside, they sell propane tanks and there was 4 gas pumps. They do not sell Diesel though. The cashier was friendly and it wasn’t that busy. Outside, I did notice there were medium sized chickens walking around. —— Krispy Krunchy Chicken is located inside of Eagle Mart gas station. My friend stated that they have good chicken, so that’s what led me here. I spent several minutes looking at the menu before ordering at 1:52pm. I ordered the 2 piece dark which came with a honey butter biscuit. I got jambalaya, and small fries (wedges) as sides. The jambalaya was supposed to be $2 extra as a small side but since they didn’t have small containers, I had to get a large for $3 extra. However, I feel like it should’ve been honored… While ordering, they asked about sauce and I got BBQ Sauce to dip my wedges in. The total was $10.76. I had to go to the regular store checkout to pay. The food was ready at 1:59ish. When I got to destination, I noticed they forgot my bbq sauce. While the chicken was fine, it wasn’t as crispy as I had hoped. At times, there was a little spiciness to the chicken, which kinda reminded me of Bojangles. The honey butter biscuit was surprisingly good because it looked over cooked. The jambalaya was hot and it wasn’t that bad. Overall, not that bad. I really wished I had my bbq sauce to eat with my wedges though.

I used to go to this store about every day for one thing or another. I will no longer do so. Twice now they have withheld winning lottery from me. The first time it was a $50 winner. I scanned it twice before giving it to the cashier and she told me it was not a winner and absolutely refused to give back my so called losing ticket. And then last night i had $20 worth of winning tickets i only got $6 because she said a few had been paid out already. If that were true how do we still have said tickets? My sister in law and i work in a store so we know when a ticket is paid out you have to keep the ticket. This stores owner employees thieves and allows them to do so. The police even said they did indeed with hold our winnings but its civil matter due to it being lottery. On top of all that the manager comes up with her children one of which is an 12-16 year old girl that has a foul mouth. Called us names in english and spanish along with her mother, the manager. This is the kind of people you allow to run your store? They were very unprofessional about the whole situation. No worries my household won't be coming back period.
