I like this store, but I'm really disappointed& pissed off that I can't shop around the store with my items that I brought in from another store!!! It's ridiculous that no outdoors bags aren't allowed!!! There are other ways to prevent theft!!! My husband& I are regulars at this store!!! There are other ways to prevent theft instead of forcing people to leave their bags of at the front of the store that they just bought from another store& not allowing backpacks is ridiculous!!! There are a lot of moms that need the diaper bags for their babies& they use backpacks as a diaper bag. Ban the people that are stealing!!!! It's not that hard!!!!

There is absolutely NO reason for 2 lines to be backed up all the way to the middle of the store if there are 5 staff on the clock! The most insane part about it is that there were only 2 registers open.
This is the only location in Burlington/Mebane that has a ridiculous wait time. Get it together and hire more dependable people who aren't just standing around and pretending to be busy when they aren't really doing anything. The customers come first. Minimize the wait time and speed it up for heaven sake!!!!

I literally refused to go back to this location. That is unless I'm desperate. Terrible service they make you wait long lines because they're more concerned with getting inventory off the trucks then helping the customers that are in there. Problem happened and I had to call corporate and never did get a call back so that shows you how much they care about their customers. Not to mention they don't answer their phone at the location.

Stop by this dollar tree everytime I pass. Busy but typically has check out staff to where even a medium line moves very fast. Largest dollar tree I have ever seen.

The only reason for 5 stars is because of an employee named **Machell**. She is so kind and professional...I came and bought several ceramic plates and mugs-- Machell went thru measures to make sure what I was buying would not get broken or cracked before I got to the car and that they were safe for travel. I have never had such a great experience at Dollar Tree and I wish there was a number to call to speak on Machell and how wonderful she was. She has been there a long time, about 9 years. I hope anyone that goes into this location receives the same top notch customer service I did--- on a Sunday evening. I can tell she treats everyone like this because of how natural it was to her. Thank you again, Machell!!!!! You are Appreciated!!!!

Went into the store and the cashier that rung my items up screamed at me and talked to me rude because l turned my debit card the wrong way when paying for my items. I told her you don’t have to get attitude and talk to me like that . She then said loudly well you wasn’t listening to me l told you the machine was ready for you to swipe . I told her you must be having a bad day . She proceeded to argue with me . Then she told me to get out the store . I told her l hadn’t done anything . She said I’m gonna call the police and you are going to jail . I got on my phone and called police . I new l hadn’t done anything wrong. Police came and spoke with the employee Marshall Rodriges. They informed her that l had not broken a law by telling her not to scream . She told me you are nonthing to me . I have been a customer at Dollar Tree for almost 20 years . I have never had a employee talk to me rude when coming into the store . She needs to be fired she’s very rude to customers. I will be calling and making a complaint as well.

This store never has much of anything. It looks like a tornado when through it. I really don't think the manager cares and doesn't keep incoming inventory up to date. It's aweful!! Wanted to file a complaint to the DM or the regional manager but couldn't find anything. Everytime you go in there it's so hot. One of the employees said that won't fix the ac. Needs to be reported the the Employee commissions
