Not a fan, regardless or services rendered consumer experience should be ranked somewhere in the list of priorities. My sister took my car to Discount Tire for me while I was at work and called me after with nothing but concern about the experience she had. After spending $700+ on one tire please don’t feel the need to bribe the consumer into add ons for the betterment of your business especially when communicated via scare tactics. I’m not sure how business usually operates here and if this is Standard Operational Procedure to speak to a consumer as if they have no knowledge base regarding their own vehicle or personal preference. I will personally refrain from purchasing tires from here in the future but thought it was worth acknowledging the less than ideal experience. Adjust your profit margin so you don’t have to hassle over an add on or just encourage basic consumer etiquette.

This location was amazing for us last week as my wife just happened to be through that area and caught a flat tire. They were extremely accommodating, greeted her by name when she walked in, all towards the end of the day! They stayed a little after too, to make sure she was taken care of. Customer service is incredible here! Will absolutely be back, recommended, 5 stars!

These guys saved the day! Even on a Saturday!!! The tire on our Bobcat just flatter than flat and had a mulch delivery to do!!! Ken & Junior got our tire fixed and we were back in business in no time! Thank you SO much! AMERICAN AQUASCAPES WOULD GIVE 10 STARS IF WE COULD!!!
