Have signs up purple dots-90% off, green-75% off, pink-50% off. Spent 1 hour in store. Had a buggy full of marked down items and they said “this stuff shouldn’t have dots on them.” I had 12 of the same items. Like I put green dots on 12 items. They’re all morons. The manager has no idea what the cashiers are doing and vice versa. Don’t put a dot on it if you’re not going to honor it.

Im a true believer that first impressions are usually correct even if it is somehow masked.My grand daughter and I visited yesterday for a specific purpose. As soon as I walked in a man and woman were talking. I assumed they were team leads, perhaps managers. They saw me and the woman immediately said is there something I can help you with? For the record, they did everyone like that came in.At that moment, I felt attacked. If this was the welcome committee, I didn't feel welcomed. I felt somewhat harassed in a subtle way. Customer service o should have a natural feel this experienced made me feel like I was intruding. It was awkward. TIP - Just greet people with a natural tone if you can. Don't force the experience. This would have made my experience better.

Just wanted to review and say thanks for the level of customer service you provided today. I was looking for a specific pair of shoes that were on sale per the website, and your store had the last one in the size I needed. I called before coming, and by the time I got there, the person met me at the door and with few words said, knew exactly who I was. He guided me to get in line and brought the shoes to me. Very nice and helpful with a speedy process. I just wish I'd gotten his name but thank you!

The store is ok. Employees are friendly. We utilize the company when we have a specific need, but it definitely is pricey. My only thing with this particular store is that they no longer give a military discount which really isn't a big deal. I don't expect any business to do so, and as a military family, we rarely ask if anyone does. However, the one in Durham gives 10% and still does as far as I am aware. Presented with the two options, I'll choose Durham any day.

BEAWARE: check refund information before accepting a refund. I just went through a great ordeal just to find out my refund was put on the incorrect card. Not only that It was on a card I have no association with. Management does not care either. They were the ones who did this. Corporate customer service is just as bad. They will not find a resolution. After a week I finally got an update.

Very rude service had a person named Mikael rolled eyes because I didn’t want to put a number in and didn’t even hand the bag over she put the receipt in the bag with a nasty face, at least get people who will be polite and say hello or how is your doing going
