This review is based on my communications via email with Chelsea Weiss, Kenneth Kernodle, and Tim Holiday. I was in the market to buy a new car and I like to do all of my communications via email. I reached out online and Chelsea got back to me with initial pricing. After a few emails back and forth, Kenneth (the general sales GM) and I were working towards finding a competitive OTD. They were super responsive and tried their best to help me out. In the end, Tim Holiday the GM of the dealership reached out to me with some updated pricing. His price was very competitive but unfortunately not the lowest I received so I went with another dealer instead. Everyone was very responsive the whole time and was great to work with. I hope to work with all of them again in the future when I search for another new vehicle. Thank you Modern Mazda!!!

We, my Mazda and I, love this place....obviously, other way we won't keep on coming here, 50 miles away to get what needs to be done.But seriously, they are great, from the day I bought the car, and throughout each service visit. Highly recommend ❤️

I get my Mazda serviced here routinely. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful at keeping an eye on things for me and pointing out things that might need my attention. I don't feel as though they overcharge or make recommendations just to make more money. I will continue to come here for my service needs and to purchase my next Mazda as well!

Well I left a review yesterday and today the review is not there. I though they had decent pricing. But I went in and was choosing between on of their cars and on from another dealer. My wife and I just wanted a quote so we could discus which vehicle would be best for us and I was very straight and honest with them. The salesman helping me was professional and respectful and answered all of my questions. They wanted to know the exact offer I was getting from the other company. I gave them that exactly. After that my sales manager went to talk to his sales manager in an open corner office. After listening to the sales manager drop multiple F Bombs and speak about how I just need to choose a car and stop comparing apples and oranges and berating me and my wife so the whole store could hear we left. It was quite simply the most unprofessional and disrespectful experience of my life. Quite simply made my decision VERY Easy. I will post my review every day if you keep deleting it

Although I need to make an appointment to get an oil change, I don't mind. I pull up to the closed garage door and they open it up. They have a neat, clean waiting area that is rarely crowded. They are honest and don't try to upsell me. Good people.

My 90 year old uncle bought a brand new car from Dick. A month or so later he crashed into a ditch and brought it back to Dick for repair on 12/14/15. On 1/5/16, I called to see what was going on. The manager said it would take 4 weeks (90 hours of labor) to fix and they just ordered the parts. I called back 4 weeks later and a young lady said it was going to take 2 more weeks to fix, but the manager was out and she'd call back when she was in. I called back a few days later after not receiving a call from the manager with same response from the young lady on the phone - the manager is out but will call you back. Still no phone call and its 3/2/16. Absolutely deplorable customer service!!!! STAY AWAY !!!!!! Awful Awful Awful
