I typically use the CVS closest to my house. This is on Rankin Mill in Greensboro, NC. They have to be one of the worst CVS's I've ever encountered. I understand they (and everyone else) are busy. They rarely answer their phones & when they do they are beyond rude. Per Pharmacist; "We are not answering the phones because they are not important". I live outside of Greensboro in a more rural town, so I have to drive about 20 minutes. Everyone I've talked to complains about this particular CVS. I'm sure I am not the only one who has complained; I thought you might need to know this!

This pharmacy was great when I first started going here, but now that Hector is gone and the other gentleman ( who is always so nice and helpful from day 1) who I think is the head pharmacist, is not here as often, the care I receive has definitely gone down! The girl, who is new tech, not sure of her name, just stares at you. I waited at least 20 minutes with no one on line before me and when she finally decided to help me, she just took the scrip, didn’t say a word. Waited another 20 minutes, and only knew my prescription was even being worked on after I received a text saying it was ready. Other people came and went, and she picks and chooses who she is courteous to. I’m changing pharmacies, ever since Hector and the other head pharmacists are no longer there, I can’t stand going here for anything!

Due to the lack of empathy and kindness from pharmacy staff,... I've transferred to a locally owned pharmacy. I'm pleased with the service I now receive.

Turned down for walk in flu vaccine and said I had to make appt. Wi-Fi did not work- even the guest Wi-Fi for cvs. CVS app would not load the vaccine appointment or questionnaire after I ask for assistance. Finally the pharmacist helped me and agreed to give me the flu vaccine with no one waiting. My name was backwards and my phone number was wrong and ask for update, but stated it didn’t matter. The pharmacist printed out the questionnaire and I did receive the flu vaccine. Noticed phone was ringing but no one answering it. After I got home, I found I had to have documentation of flu vaccine for preventive health benefit. Still unable to use app. Tried to call pharmacy with no answer for 20 min. Made an extra trip back to pharmacy with pharmacist printing out my label. Tried to update info there to no avail. Pharm tech made inappropriate facial expressions and rolled her eyes; phone continued to ring with no response by tech. Obviously they need adequate staffing, Wi-Fi and working smart phone app. Won’t plan to use this pharmacy again. I was calm and pleasant but wanted to let them know what a frustrating experience this was but didn’t. Suggest you go somewhere else.

It is no fault of the pharmacy but when I found out I can get a $500 dollar month supply of the same drug at Harris teeter for $22....I had to stop coming. This is the closest pharmacy to my home but I've had to start sending my prescriptions else where due to money which is a shame because the pharmacist at this location are usually very friendly. This is all with GoodRx taken into account by the way.

Well here we go again... another month of trying to refill prescription at this location. Call them yesterday and was told it was a day too early so I asked the guy if they would automatically fill it and he said yes. Called today and told once again " we don't have it in stock! Last month took over a week to get it and I still had to call them to see if ready. No text from them. Out of my meds for over a week. I will be changing pharmacy before next month. Plus this pharmacy is ALWAYS under staffed. Will be using independently owned from now on.

Wow this store have changed new cashiers and managers they won't take your CRT even the system took everything without issues they will deny you and would not allow you to just pay tax. Beware of this store they know better than the system!

I've been shopping around for a pharmacy for the past two years in the Burlington area and decided to try out the Target CVS after having a few poor experiences elsewhere. I took my sick 11 month old to the doctor for an appointment at 4:15 and immediately went to Target to pick up his prescription. I wasn't expecting it to be ready as it had only been 20-30 mins since it was sent in, but the cashier said it was ready and rang me up. The pharmacist then mixed it right in front of me and gave it to me. I was out the door by 5:30! Best service I've ever had at a pharmacy! You can't beat customer service like that when you have a sick infant. Thank you!

Once again like clockwork they screwed me again. See post from 1 month ago. They're getting creative with the ways that they screw me over. This time the reason they didn't fill my prescription was because "the computer mixed up my medication with another medication that they didn't have in stock".
