We have been customers here for about 6 months and are very disappointed. They have great promotions for people that are not cricket customers but none for the actual cricket customers. Back at the end of December my husband and I caught Covid from the cricket place in Bracey VA. We know we got it from there because it was the only place that we went for a couple days and we touched different phones and cases and obviously they hadn't been sanitized like they should have.

This was by far the very best experience I’ve ever had with cricket. I’ve been on and off with cricket since 2009. I was assisted by Garrett Mitchel and Blanca Zuniga. They both were very patient with me and so very helpful in the purchase of my new phone. They made the experience and transition very pleasant. Definitely my go to people from here forth. Garrett has definitely made a huge impact on the Burlington store. It’s way better than it used to be. Give that man a raise!!!!!

Go to any other cricket!!Very rude and unprofessional management team. His name was Garrett. This experience was a few weeks back but definitely still worthy enough of a terrible review.Very lazy and unproductive energy. Their business phones do not work and manager got upset with the customer and refused to helpWhen CRICKET customer was having a phone issue.I was definitely appalled to see this person Garrett tell me he was the manager when I asked. He was very rude and inconsiderate

Beware of this store. The salesperson, Gavina R, does not pay attention to what she is doing. She set my two lines up on someone else's account and caused them to be disconnected 7 days later and I had to restore them with my own funds. Gavina did pay me all of the money, thank you, after I spoke with her manager, Garrett Mitchell, the next day, giving him the full picture and informing him of her statement that if Cricket reimbursed me to let her know because the amount would take her whole check and she has kids and we would have to work something out. I felt that was a very inappropriate statement and Blanca looked at her with shock. Blanca apologized numerous times that day, doing all she could and staying on the phone with Cricket customer service for over 3 hours. Also on the day of the disconnection, Gavina waited about 2.5 hours to assist, offer a solution and apologize. As stated before, the other sales rep, Blanca stayed on the phone for over 3 hours with customer care trying to help. During this time 5 reps were spoken to, including a supervisor. Tickets were supposed to have been opened and escalated. Found out the next day that one was not opened and my numbers were still on the other ladies account. The original owner of the account moved her number to a new account and disconnected mine the same day prior to me getting to the store. As of today, I am still stuck with her account and in order to move my numbers to a new account, I have to pay a prorated fee of $18 and it will change my cycle date! Per the rep at Cricket customer service, I should keep the ladies account because she ported her number to another account to save me money. What the what!?????? I should not have had to pay one dime to restore my service or additional add ons. My lines, gigs and new account should all be done at no cost as it was an authorized dealers sales person's error that work for and represent them. I lost 45 gigs of Hotspot that I paid for through the my Cricket app on the day my lines were disconnected that won't be restored. 7 of the 10 reps at Cricket customer care has given me run arounds about the 45 gigs being restored. I was told to go back to the store and have them take care of it or have Gavina pay me back the $30 for the 45 gigs. I went back tonight and the manager was not there so Ashley called him and I spoke to him. I tried explaining what customer service said and he said he couldn't do anything about it because I did it via the app. He didn't think that I was telling the truth about how many gigs I could add. He was not listening, said he didn't know what else I wanted. I didn't want credit and Gavina paid me. He said he was not going to argue with me and hung up on me. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied. All I wanted was my numbers moved to a new account that he said he was working on and the 45 gigs added back to my other number. The one thing they know how to do is sell you a service and take your money, but when it comes to customer service, they don't do a darn thing. They just pass the buck back and forth and make you pay more money to correct an issue they create. I am sorry I ever went into this store. I don't recommend them at all.

They never answer the phone I called several times just to get a simple answer on a simple question .. I guess my question will remain unanswered like their phone.
