If you can buy or take your vehicle anywhere else, then do so. We HAD to take our Chrysler to a dealership. The internet said the cost would be less than $300. They charged us $1300. Claimed other issues just to jack up the price. Our local mechanic also said the price would be less than $500. They are the only local Chrysler dealership. I will drive the extra miles from now on. Posted this on Facebook and found out that I was not the only one to be overpriced by their service department.

I kept hearing a "buzzing" noise and couldn't figure out where it was coming from......i was, luckily, assigned Fred Stasurak, who is a Master Mechanic, and it only took him a few minutes to figure out where, and why, i had that noise. Thank you Fred!

GO ELSEWHERE, Had to replace transmission on car after driving only 35-40 miles, because Cox Technician failed to put transmission fluid after replacing gasket. Had to replace the complete transmission system out of my own pocket. Took vehicle to a different transmission shop, who informed me that the system was completely Dry. Cox service advisor told me that they took no responsibility for any botched repair work that they perform. So I implore you to go somewhere else.

Won't be back!! Bought a used 2021 Ram 1500 Limited Longhorn in October 2022. Made my first appointment for service on line on April 11th for today April 14tn at 9AM. I live 33 miles from the dealership and takes 45 mins to get there in traffic, but had a good experience with the sales department when i traded. Now to the issue I arrived early stood and around approximately 10 mins before anyone acknowledged me as being there. Told the youngman that checked me in i was there for a oil change, tire rotation and i popping sound in the front right of my vehicle. I further told him that I had included that information on my appointment scheduled on 4/11/23. I also told him that I had a front end leveling kit installed and a couple weeks after it was installed it started to pop, so I took it back to installer who checked and advised it was the bolt on my right front strut. He tightened the bolt and it was good for another couple weeks, but started back. The service advisor they would check it. Forty-five minutes later i was called by another service advisor my vehicle was ready, I asked him about my popping sound in front. He asked if iIhad advised anyone about it told him i put it on the appointment when I scheduled my appointment. He advised me i would have to make another appointment that they were the express lane and that someone would need to ride alone with me to hear nosie. Told him I wanted someone to check it today. We walked across the sally port and he told a older man that I wanted a popping noise checked on the truck. FIRST thing out his mouth he will need to leave it or make an appointment and then leave it with us at least a day and maybe a day and a half. I then repeated to him what I had told the other two service advisors and he didn't care refused to have anyone to ride today. So I drove 45 minutes to get an oil change and was refused help on my truck which is one bolt issue, to which we won't know for sure because I was refused help, he said I would need to leave my truck and all loaner vehicle are out, REALLY. Told them I would find someone that wants to help me and I won't be back to " COX CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM ", AGAIN. I reached out to my salesman and told him what had happened here is his response: Phone calls don't work out here in the boondocks. I got your voicemail. I know that service has been extremely busy lately. Express is only for certain services. It soulds like what you need is outside of those services. As for a loaner. Thats done by my department. And, I can tell you that every available unit in our fleet is adrleady out. I'm sorry taht you had a bad first experience. It really is just a request versus timing thing. Well so much for the service after the sale. Salesman got his commission back in October of 2022, so hes finished with me. I read a review that had 5 stars for the service depatment, it was from a traveler on the interstate that had an issue on their travel trailer and was treaded with white gloves by everyone they met with in the service department. Now, don't get me wrong i've been in the travelers position and i'm happy the dealership stepped up and helped the people. However I bought a $60,000 used truck from them and drove 45 inutes from my home to give them the business and no one I mean no one gave me any such treatment. So no I don't recommend the dealership to purchase a vehicle from or their service department, they won't go out of their way to help a customer!!!!

Honestly this was one of my best experiences with any service department. Anthony made sure I was taken care of at every point during my short stay. So to say the least I will be back !

After asking to top off my fluids in my truck they put radiator fluid in my windshield wiper reservoir!!!!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ANTHONY! I took my car in on 9am Wednesday morning. Anthony tells me that they are backed up and he may not be able to get it in that day but if not they can get it in the next day to diagnose it and call me to let me know what the issue is. So I wait ALL DAY on Thursday for a call and I didn't get one. So I call on Friday morning to follow up. He says the car hasn't even been in for diagnosis yet and they still may not get it in until Friday. He then denies telling me they'd have it in by Thursday and insists he never said that. I understand that they are backed up but THE VERY LEAST he could do was acknowledge that information was incorrect and he COULD HAVE AT LEAST called me on Thursday to let me know it would take longer. His lack of accountability is off-putting. Instead of apologizing he continued to deny what he initially told me. I've done business with them for years but I will never leave my car with Anthony again as he has proven himself to be untrustworthy, and undependable.
