Interrupted cashier (term used loosely) while she was hunched over at register on her phone. No one else in line but still made me use the self checkout. Other employee said "We know how y'all are about these things". I'm on a computer ALL day and would like for someone to do their job. At least give us a discount!!

The store says they are open 24/7. But there's an employee who closes the store so he doesn't have to work. And if the store is open he gives people attitude. Not very clean and doesn't seem to follow corporate policies.

They accused us of opening a bottle of milk and it wasn't even open. So she opened it and blamed it on us and clearly see them on the camera opening it. So I'm fed up with being accused and I will not recommend this store to anybody especially my family. My husband and I didn't appreciate being accused of something we didn't do. So if there's anyway I can get a cooperates number asap because that's uncalled for. So if there's anybody going to this store, DONT GO!!! They are very fucking rude and they will accused u of something u didn't do. And also they need to stock up more because they was no creamer at all for coffee. So yeah I need the cooperates number.

This place is currently not open 24 hrs; closed at midnight. Some pumps are not working, and the store is half torn up with yellow "don't cross" tape everywhere. The staff was pleasant and the service was good.

BAIT AND SWITCH - UNLESS YOU HAVE THE CIRCLE K CARD THE PRICE OFFERED ON THE SIGN FRAUD - This is illegal, both at the federal level remember fuel is taxed and shipped interstate and in every single state. legally, that's false advertising, and barring very rare scenarios, the price on the sign must match the price on the pump.

I go to alot of circle k's, I could be a mystery shopper for them.. This by far is one of the worst ones I've been to. Bathroom out of order, ok fine I tend to think based on my experience there, they just don't want to clean it, but I could be mistaken. The store cleanliness was subpar, at best, the fountain machine was out of every diet option, the roller was empty, got 2 of their cookies, one reeces peanut butter and one of salted caramel. The peanut butter cookie was STALE no idea how long it's been there, but well past the time they should have been thrown away, the salted caramel was marginally better, but the entire cookie had the consistency of salt water taffy. When I pointed out that the drink machine was out of every diet option, the cashier simply gave a very non interested chuckle.... I travel alot, sometimes a couple thousand miles a week in my vehicle, I won't be stopping there again....

I don’t like leaving reviews like this but store manager Angela needs to be fired ASAP..all she does is walk around singing, smoking in front of the door where customers walk in at while the older employee is trying to get the line down by himself smh..definitely one of the worst managers this store has EVER had! And for whatever reason she thinks it’s okay to park her later model Mercedes nearly in front of the other door where ppl have to walk in..she has ZERO professionalism..and if you need proof of her smoking in front of door where customers walk in..check the cameras around 2:28pm - 2:34pm on 4/15/23

Just went in there on my lunch break today I normally go to Circle K every day the African-American woman was beyond rude walked away from me as I was waiting at the counter to get her a hot dog I was very pleasant to her very nice but she was very rude didn’t checked three peoples IDs in front of me but Horrible customer service
