Was, by the website still open when we got to location to return uhsul. Not a soul was around, no one returned call or text.

I just called to get a price quote on a 5x5 or 5x10. The lady who answered the phone was extremely short and rude. Definitely will not use this location.

I am looking for a storage unit. I just called th e number and the lady who answered the phone just said hello ,a sovso I askednasked if this was the name of the establishment and she said yes. I then went on to say Hi how are you doing and informed her that I was calling to get pricing on two storage units different sizes she hung up on me. I don't think I'll be using this establishment because that was rude and very unprofessional.

We reserved a Uhaul at this location, and our truck did not have the extra items we requested (dollies and furniture pads). Very disappointed and there was nobody on site who could help. Thankfully Uhaul refunded us, but it shouldn't be that difficult to make sure everything for the reservation is ready prior to the scheduled pickup time.

I have never seen a nicer group of people than the staff at cheapo self storage. They went way above and beyond good customer service . I would strongly recommend them to family . and friends! In fact that was my experience I felt like family!

Cheapo storage is supposed to have 24 hour access but that is not completely true. You have to call hours ahead of time to meet them and even when you set an appointment they never show until you have called them several times. They are supposed to have the ability to pay online but they do not. Worst service ever.

The gentlemen running the facility are sweethearts. There to help with open hands. Got a 10x20 room for the price of a 10x10 at other places, which means plenty more room to move things around.
