Dr. Christina Cronk is the best family Dr. I have ever had! It can be pretty hard to get a hold of their front desk. But can’t recommend Dr. Cronk enough.

I'm a patient and have not been able to get an appointment in over a year.. I have 2 insurance and might I add neither is Medicaid they are paid out of pocket.. this place needs new people in every department. I've been going there since 2003 because of my strokes. Call to get appointment for being in pain and sick . I hear we can see you March 13th. What a joke.. receptionist is horrible.

Latoya in the appointments dpt. Is super sweet. Attentive, helpful, understanding. I've been trying to get an appointment for 6 months or so and she was the only one that assisted and help me through the process.I am so thankful for her help.

The worst place for a family of multiple kids. They will only see 2 in one day per family so God forbid the working parents that has to keep taking time from work to take care of their family. They are inconsiderate of your time because it's to much of a workload for them even though you are seeing different doctors. If I could give a 0 star I would. Then when I asked to speak with a supervisor, Rosaria the girl that supposed to be scheduling the appointments, puts a nurse or whatever he is, Tony on the phone and he straight starts getting loud don't ask me what the issue is nothing. Then when I get loud back oh I'm not going to talk over you ma'am you don't have to I'm the one that will go over the office head all together then he hangs up on me. Currently looking for a new pediatrician for my kids because as a clinic that provides healthcare this is the worst rule to ever have.

+Some of the best Doctors, nurses, staff work here. Sliding scale fee. In-house pharmacy. You can pickup medications on your way out. Can call in office, or use the text line for same day appointments.-Inquire early for same day appointments. They fill up fast. Long waiting times on hold. Occasionally have to see a doctor other than your primary doctor. Especially during a same day appointment.

I’ve been going to this practice since birth and I still decide to stay. Try not to pay too much attention to the negative reviews. Piedmont Health is a organization that’s majority funded by the government which is so they can assist low income individuals or undocumented citizens. They use a sliding scale to determine your copays which they will ask for documents to see where you fall at. They are also LGBT friendly and overall it has a non judgmental atmosphere. Unfortunately, due to the clinic’s location, they have a lot of people trying to seek care as it is located in a high poverty/low income area. It is true that it can take a while to be seen but they will help you. I can’t speak for everyone at the practice, but Dr. Aycock is a fantastic provider. She is kind, attentive, and really makes you feel like you can talk to her. I was also with Dr. Blanchard for pediatric care until I got too old. She is also a good provider. The only provider that I don’t like, and many people in my family/family friends who have seen her, is NP Rubio. I didn’t stay more than month under her care but all I can say is that if you value your voice being heard then she will not the provider for you.

Wait time is ridiculous...Ughhh...Don't try and come on your lunch break you gone need about 2 hours. 1 hour 55 mins of wait time and 30 seconds with doctor ?...Yep bill coming soon

Straight trash! I’ve called since Saturday for an appointment every time I call end up having to wait on hold for 20+ minutes for me to get sent to a voicemail box that you aren’t even able to leave a voicemail due to it being full! Called Monday morning 11/7/22 waited on hold for 30 minutes to get sent to a voicemail box that guess what couldn’t leave a message then call five more times for the same wait time on hold and no voicemail box to leave a voicemail! Then finally got someone guess what no appointments available! Tell them how long I was on hold and about the voicemail oh they know nothing about that. They proceed to tell me call Tuesday morning right at 8 and you’ll get an appointment. Call Tuesday morning guess what same exact thing from Monday guess what still not appointments available even though I’ve called since 8 waited on hold got sent to the voicemail call back wait on hold again then get told when someone finally answers oh there’s no appointment’s. Absolutely ridiculous. This has happened every single time I’ve called this doctor’s office not just these three days either.
