I went to 4 different places and tried to get a car. Carolina Nissan made it happen. They put me into a very nice Nissan Versa. Just took to a mechanic and he gave me a clean bill of health. I will be shopping with them again and again. Best car buying experience ever. Jeremy Shields was my car salesman and couldn’t have done a better job at finding the right car for me with low payments. Thank you so much Carolina Nissan!!

I had a check engine light come on , I schedule a service appointment with Ron and he was so very helpful. The service and diagnostic process went well. I highly recommend Burlington Nissan service center.

Dropped vehicle off on Wednesday night. Was told vehicle would be done on Friday called and text on Friday, never received a call back, called again Friday they said it would be done before they closed, I had to work at 5, so Saturday I called at 330 and was told service department was closed at 2.
Here it is Tuesday upon getting my vehicle back still never received a text or call updating me on my vehicle.

DO NOT GO HERE!! They treat veterans like unintelligent second class citizens, they do NOT honor their commitments and contacts on the under serviced vehicles they sell. My father went here and when the low mileage truck he bought started having issues they one person said it needed a 30k service and another said it had already been done when he bought it. They don't answer phone calls them play dumb and blame the customers when you go in to try and resolve the issue and are VERY hostile and rude! ZERO STARS!!
