OMG this was the best experience ever! This place is beautiful with so many options.
Anita, my stylist was amazing, bubbly, encouraging, professional, and a great listener. She understood the assignment!
Wanda, was also amazing and funny. She was the one that did all the measurements.
Truthfully, everyone was so friendly, professional and welcoming. I said YES to the DRESS!!

Renee was a great helper she was there to listen and help with my opinions. We had so so much fun. She also went out of her way to stay a little longer to get a few pictures for me! If I could recommend anyone there it would definitely be her! She had the nicest personality even if Mike doesn’t think so! ?

I purchased my mother of the bride dress this evening at Carolina Bridal World and could not be more pleased with the service I received from Isabelle! Isabelle provided the perfect balance of advice and patience! It was a very peaceful fun experience. I waited until the last moment to make a purchase and so glad I made the appointment!!

I could not have picked a better place to pick out my dream wedding dress!!
I tried on several dresses before finding the one, and Issy was there to help me every step of the way. She was very patient and kind!
She listened to what I said I liked and didn’t like. I would most definitely recommend Carolina Bridal World!

This was the very best experience I could have ever asked for. I will say, they told me on the phone that I would not be able to pick out my own dress and that their store manager and consultant would pick out some and have them ready. I was completely on the fence but babbyyy. I should have trusted the process. I had Allie as my bridal consultant and she was amazing. All of the dresses they picked out were beautiful. And I said YES TO MY DRESS!! Don’t wait, go now! Thank you Allie and Isley!!

I had an amazing experience wedding dress shopping, and I can’t recommend CBW enough! Renee was absolutely fantastic—she made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. Trinity was so supportive the entire process of saying “yes” to the dress. She honed into what I was looking for while also helping me keep an open mind. You get to see lots of other beautiful brides during the process & I felt a supportive atmosphere even with other customers.

I cannot even begin to explain how much I loved my time at Carolina Bridal World! From the very start, Anita helped ease all my nerves and listened to every detail about what I liked and didn’t like. She helped me narrow down until I found the one! Wanda also assisted me and helped me see the little things I liked and did not like, with attention to details I didn’t even notice. I am so thankful for Anita and Wanda, and I can’t wait for my big day in my dream dress!!

I had such an incredible experience at CBW Triad with Gracie’s help! I felt heard and understood when it came to communicating what I did and didn’t like. I loved having conversation with Gracie as it helped settle my nerves about dress shopping. Gracie was truly amazing and was ultimately the one who used all my comments and thoughts to pick out the dress I said yes to!!!
