My wife and I have used Cardinal Self Storage in Burlington for 20 years. When work took us to the Northern Virginia-Washington DC area in 2003, we needed to store items at a secure, affordable location, with people we could trust. Cardinal Self Storage was perfect. Location, Accessibility, and Customer Service are first rate and ship shape. Christy, the Burlington location manager, is awesome: she is the reason we have been loyal customers for two decades. She is professional, knowledgeable, and exudes the Southern kindness that makes us long to return to North Carolina. On a larger note, Cardinal Self Storage understand the market needs of its customers and makes multiple options available for storing your gear.

I started out needing 1 storage unit and Christy got me set up, then as my house sale changed and I needed more (4 total) she was able to assist me. Christy is super helpful and easy to work with. Very professional and accommodating. I highly recommend Cardinal Storage to anyone that needs storage units. If I need storage units again I will definitely be back.

Recommended as far as the rates and they do not change and the cleanest facility in NC. Christy is amazing and seems to spend 100% of her time there. Always so helpful and has a very sweet and positive attitude at all times. This is how businesses should operate.

As a long time, many year many unit customer the rudeness of this location manager is nasty and inexcusable. When my bank bill pay check did not arrive, she refused to eliminate late charge even though I have to stop payment with my bank. Further when I told her that I was non too happy about her refusal, she told me that rather than accept my credit card payment over the phone, that I had to bring her cash. SO, when I post this review, I am taking her cash AND THEN altering to EVERYONE my recommendation regarding this establishment. She could care less - but remember, the same will be true of you to Cardinal. Sad day when this sort of person controls ANY position of responsivity.
