This was the best possible experience we could have had buying 3 rooms of carpet. Carpet One in Burlington walked us through every step and offered us a phenomenal guarantee (which we used and they 100% honored). We couldn't be happier with the experience. My wife and I wouldn't go anywhere else going forward.

This place knows flooring. You want new floors, go to a flooring store. BURLINGTON CARPET ONE did NOT disappoint! We had the BEST experience from the start with Angie's help. She listened to my husband's bad experience he had with another store, I won't name, for a month of terrible communication, 3rd parties to the store.....he cancelled the order headed home and turned into Burlington Carpet One and the flooring project began. Easy Breezey!
Angie was wonderful She listened, sent samples home with us. Project was done in a week (Lucky with the timing). The flooring crew were GREAT and we can't be more happy with our new floors in our 1958 brick ranch. The flooring compliments side by side with the old wood floors. Thanks Burlington Carpet One for being so wonderful to us. Awesome Experience from start to finish! -

Great variety of products to choose from, carpet and flooring. Many different price ranges. Angie and Shannon were great to work with, understanding my budget restrictions. I was able to purchase premium carpet and LVP within my budget! Installers were prompt and came in ready to work. The whole project was finished within the times promised. I've used this company in the past and was just as happy with it and all their staff this time as before. I highly recommend the Burlington Carpet One!

Shannon was a joy to work with...very helpful and knowledgeable. She steered us in the right direction for the right flooring that would suit our needs/wants. When they didn't have our original flooring in stock she worked with us to find a comparable option. Which turned out to be better than what I originally picked. The installation was a dream. The guys came in and got right to work...did a beautiful job and cleaned up after, left my rooms in a great condition given the job they had to do in those rooms. It was just a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Burlington Carpet One to anyone looking for helpful, knowledgeable and masters in their field. IT was seamless from start to finish!
