If I could give this place a zero star I would, I have never dealt with such horrible customer service in my life and from an "owner". We called the store the previous day to inquire about selling some of our items due to a health emergency. When we walked into the store we were greeted by a super nice lady she was super helpful but once the owner walked in he didn't even acknowledge us had a horrible attitude the whole time, he told us that he wouldn't be able to pay what we were asking for which is fine it's a business and we totally understand that. It's not the offer that made us upset it's the fact that the owner kept telling my husband that he was upset. The more you tell a person that they look upset or "you're upset" they are actually are going to get upset. He was extremely cold hearted,he is combative with potential buyers on the Google review chat. He is racists he looked at my husband and I like we were below him, that Is no way to run a business we will be contacting the better business bureau to share our experience. If any one reading this is interested in selling their items to this location or thinking of buying things from them I would think twice he has a horrible attitude and looks at people of color like we're nothing.luckily we had another amazing toy shop who bought all our items for an amazing price and amazing customer service

Loved this store! Their comic selection upstairs is PHENOMENAL! Their prices are also amazing! They have such a wide selection to choose from. I'm a star wars girl, and they did not disappoint when it came to it! Would highly recommend!

The comics are upstairs. When you walk in the store is full of statues, figures and toys. Weekend staff is great, and good to talk with about all things anime.If you are there for comics you will need to go upstairs. They carry a good supply of current marvel stock and a lot of older books from everyone: marvel, DC, image, comico, and more. A big selection of dollar books, and good prices on everything else.Strongly recommended.

One of my favorite toys/collectible stores in the region. Incredibly warm and welcoming staff. Such a deep variety of items to tickle any collector's fancy. It's rare you find a store worth driving out of your way but Brother's Vintage Toys and Games is one of those.

We love Brothers. Owner and staff are always friendly, they're super nice to my kids when they have questions, and are pretty much always cool to shoot the breeze with while browsing and down to help you find something if they think they have it.

Great shop best in Burlington and Greensboro. First time there was today. As soon as I walked in I was impressed. Lots to look at and purchase. I spent almost 350 lol and wasn't expecting much. Customer service is perfect friendly enough without pestering and watching me. Pretty much there if needed. I would recommend this store to anyone into collectibles and comics. I will be back for sure as his inventory is ever changing.The Leatherface was a find made my day. ? Customer
