So my husband bought me a $250 gift card which covered a 30 minute massage and medi n pedi for two so i bought a gal pal so didn't feel so alone. There was only one table for massages and my gal friend was with me so we took turns. While we were being rubbed the jack hammering next door was being heard. Non alcoholic drinks were offered. The nail techs told us they don't do designs. I wanted a pink amber nail they didn't do it neat at all and no two fingers match . Then they didn't put us near a drying station so our nails smudged n told us don't do anything for 2 hours.. the massage wasn't a full 30 minutes of rubbing they pushed a few spots moved pushed a few spots. The hot stones was alright. Just disappointed

Got my hair done a few months ago here. I have a naturally black hair and I wanted to do a multi highlight sort of thing. I showed my stylist the picture while I was making the appointment and at the appointment. The girls hair had no black her hair and I asked my stylist if my hair was going to look like the picture, she said yes just a little bit darker. As she’s doing my hair I realize that she’s only putting one layer of highlight throughout my entire head so I ask her again and she tells me it’ll get lighter overtime. Long story short I got basic highlights and paid 130 for that. My hair looks nothing like the photo I was lied to. I actually cried. I was told it would take 3 to 4 sessions for my hair to get to what I wanted, but I thought u said my hair would look slightly darker than the picture, and it would get lighter ? 75% of my hair is still black. In the picture I showed the girl has NO black hair. Extremely disappointing with the results of my hair and how much I paid. I did some Research and Decided to go to this person because they specialize in curly hair but it did not work out.

My experience with Michelle was top-notch. She took the time to help me assess what would be best for my hair and listened to my requests while also offering her own suggestions. The best cut I've had in years! Very personable and friendly too!

I was greeted as I entered the entryway then escorted right away to a booth chair. My stylist took time to asked me what I wanted and listened, offering suggestions as well. Great cut and color blending to my heavily grown out roots. I look forward to coming back to update my highlights and get another trim. Would recommend this salon to anyone. I also like that they offer spa options like massages, facials, etc as well. I fully plan to try these spa options in the future.

I had a wedding hair style session with Dawn last Saturday and she was AMAZING! I went in a couple hours before my wedding, feeling super nervous about the day, but as soon as I discussed details for my wedding hair style, I started feeling calmer. Dawn assured me that the hair styling would be done in a timely manner. She also made suggestions that would make me look more gorgeous than I thought. My hair turned out stunning and I got so many compliments on my hair. I really appreciated her aesthetics, easy to talk to personality, and timeliness. Highly recommend her!Services: Bridal services

I am thrilled to have found Bliss Salon. It will become my new salon of choice for my pedicure. I was told to go here by a dear friend and I am so glad I did. LeeAnn gave me the most relaxing, thorough pedicure I have ever had. Her technique was skillful and the results were beautiful. I really appreciated that she did not try to entertain or engage me in conversation simply allowed me to relax while providing a top notch pedi. The salon itself was also impressive, but at this time, I am committed to my stylist of over 20 years. I highly recommend and of course I am now her new regular. Kudos to LeeAnn & Bliss Salon and Body Retreat!

Becky is amazing. She is professional, on time and very knowledgeable. I saw her for a facial and could not have been any happier. My skin looked amazing. I have been a customer at Bliss for many years. When you walk in the door you are always politely and professionally greeted by the receptionist. Ashley is my stylist and she does a phenomenal job! I see her religiously every 6 weeks and she is meticulous (even more than I am - which is great right?). She cuts, colors, waxes my eyebrows and -ahhh my favorite- she gives a scalp massage that makes you completely relax. I highly recommend the Bliss family!!Service: Haircut
