Brought my vehicle in today (10/09/24) to Black's Tire & Auto Service for an oil change @8:20AM. Customer service associates were prompt, friendly, professional service! The mechanic that performed my oil change was also very friendly, and professional. I've been bringing all of my vehicle's to their establishment for a long time and as always, never disappointed. Got an oil change. Service was prompt and so far no problems with my car. They have been changing the oil in my cars for several years now and I have not had any issues.

This place won me over with their kindness first and foremost. I haven’t spoken to one person from front counter to service tech and not been met with a sincere kindness. That’s a huge value of mine, so when I see others, especially businesses operating with those same values I don’t even think about price, how long it will take, or do you have the best product. Now I can check the box on all those as well but what really stands out to me here is just the level of care, and kindness I’m met with every time I go. I have gotten tires, alignments, and maintenance done from here, I don’t ever ask about price. I just have a knowing that I’m gonna be taken care of. Thanks for being an example @Blacks Tire and Auto Service!

I brought my car in for a mileage maintenance tune up. The mechanic discovered that 2 of my 3 coil packs needed replacing. He even showed me the bad ones. Thank you Black's Tire for going over and beyond the service that I had requested and not just replacing the unnecessary coil pack which saved me money.

Went in to get 2 new tires and an alignment. Staff were friendly and service was fairly priced! Will be back for future tire needs. I highly recommend using Blacks Tire!
