Lost our constellation Omega whatch via FedEx traveling from SC to NC. $6k new. Ours was used and needed a tune-up for $400.00. Stan said he would make it right with us. He gave us $1500.00. Over 5 months of them not calling us when they say they would yi give us an update on the cost of repair. I had to call or email to receive any update at all. Our whatch was lost by FedEx 2 weeks prior to us being alerted to the loss. The situation was unbelievable. We will never use them again. I wish you luck if you choose to.

Absolutely terrible service! They had my watch for 2 months and did absolutely nothing with it and did not call me to inform me that they could not fix it. every time I would call he would give me an excuse saying he was waiting on parts after two months I sent my wife to get it and absolutely nothing has been done to my watch. I highly do NOT recommend anyone conducting any business whatsoever here. The only reason I gave them one star is because I cannot give them zero!
