Still have good product but pretty much self service now. Had $ in my pocket and wanting to buy a 75"-85" TV but no one to help. They would rather stand around the door and talk.

Sorry to report that I have now attempted 2 conversations with Best Buy requesting information. My first question (submitted last month) has yet to receive a response. My current questions were multi- faceted. Questions about recycling a printer (non- functioning) and what if any benefit would be derived by bringing in New ink cartridges that were initially purchased for the printer. Were not responded to it all - questions about erasing several external hard drives, that are unattached to any computer now And then bringing them in for recycling Were not responded to in a way that made sense to me and I was then told I was refusing help. I asked to be transferred to a supervisor, and that request was refused. Asked if I could have a copy of the chat, and was told that one was not available. Not sure how I am benefiting from paying for a membership in which my questions are not responded to, and I am treated in a rude, condescending, respectful fashion.

No complaints, only good things to say about my experience here. Upon walking in, the BB team was welcoming and helpful. I spent some time walking around the store and noticed they had some incredible deals going on for TVs and other electronics. Me and my buddy purchased a TV before leaving, having no intention to do so beforehand, fyi. The Geeksquad arrived the following Saturday and did a great job doing the TV install and at this point I would prefer the Best Buy customer experience versus ordering online, etc. No question about that at all. If you're looking for a more personal shopping experience, where you can have a convo or ask the respective questions, this is the way to go IMO.

Went to pick up my online order, and customer service there was great. The lady brought it outside to me, and the whole experience couldn't be better. Thanks Burlington Best Buy!!

I went to this store specifically to purchase a new cell phone and case. The sales clerk was professional and knowledgeable. The phone and case prices were significantly less expensive than what was being sold at a nearby internet/cellular provider. I saved approximately $125 by making the purchase at Best Buy and the sales clerk did an awesome job! Great customer service can be hard to find, but today Best Buy hit a home run!

I bought a drier and bought it home. It literally sounded like a rock tumbler. I went back to the store & they said they would replace it. Sounded reasonable except they delivered the new one next door & refused to bring it to me, next door. To make matters worse they have my account associated with another person. I told them to come get their rock tumbler which they did. Now they say I owe them $60.00 for something I don't own. Stay far far away from these people

Very nice. Made a big purchase this past July, and the associate was amazing. Today made a not so small purchase, different associate, but the same amazing feel as before. What I appreciated about both of these associates was their honesty. I didn't feel forced to buy more expensive. I was assisted in buying what I wanted, and needed, and they helped me research the pros and cons of my narrowed down choices. Today it was Seth. This summer it was Zion. Both had been awesome. Thank you.

Store opened at 9am. There were associates available to assist. Inside looked more like a storage area in the front. They could work on better organizing the items. Computer mice and mouse pads were nowhere near each other.
