I had the worst experience with this place that created a fob key for my daughter's car it fit in the switch but didn't work properly because it wasn't cut properly the car got stuck in the parking lot because the switch wouldn't turn and I had to get a locksmith to come out and repair the key that was cut wrong and the switch.i was there for 6 hours.the manger Brad Ayer refused to work with me on the bad fob key. And then posted sorry but yet didn't attempt to rectify or make the situation right with the customer .. you won't have to worry about my money again and I have and will discourage as many of my friends to stay away from these type of sorry business practices.

Love the inventory the Burlington store has on hand, research and order online, get a 10% discount and pick it up at the store. Just that easy, and the prices are very good. The folks working the store have always been friendly and helpful. Thank you Batteries Plus for fulfilling a unique market, much better than the big box stores and the local auto parts stores.

I had a young employee named Jason who assisted me from start to finish who had outstanding attitude and seemed to truly enjoy his job. I was 4 days out from a complete shoulder replacement and Jason took good care of me. Thanks Jason

This was the best experience. The cold weather really did my 3 year old car battery in and was found to be dead after my 12 hour work shift. I was able to easily order a compatible car battery online and schedule a free installation the next morning. I showed up to the store at my appointment time and was promptly greeted by the store associate. He suggested I stay in the warm store while he did the ~20 min installation and then I was on my way! I paid extra for the premium installation that included the anti-corrosion spray. I compared this store to other auto parts stores and was pleased to have found a 20% discount here. Thank you!!

I was shopping in Burlington when my car battery went dead. I normally use Batteries Plus in Greensboro. The young man who assisted me was an exceptional sales/service person. My new battery was quickly and professionally installed. This store exceeds my experiences in Greensboro.

Seems that they stock many kinds of batteries in the local store, along with decent discounts with15% in my case for APC big UPS using 2 12V lead acid batteries with online order (only way to get the discount?), so those are big positives. However, I had to call the local store the day after placing an online order to find out if my order was ready for pickup whereas I had been expecting a notice from them (phone, text, email, etc) later in the day I placed the order - sloppy!

I had a great experience at your store in Burlington, NC. AAA failed me in their promises to come to my aid for a car battery and a couple of gas stations said they wouldn't install a battery on a Mini Cooper and it was late Friday afternoon. while checking on batteries I learned that Batteries Plus offered car battery. I called them, they had the battery I needed and said they would install it. I asked him if he was sure he could do it despite my telling that a lot of the mechanics I'd spoken said they didn't think so especially as it was about 5pm. Bottom line, the young man had me in and out of there in less than 1/2 hour.If they had not been able to help me., I would have been out of a car for the weekend
