Eric (manager) went above and beyond to assist us with our cell phones. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable of the issues we dealt with prior to arriving to the store. We are grateful that he was able to resolve the issue.

The Representative that waited on me when out of her way she was able to get me a new email though my gmail evern thought it wasn’t really anything to do with AT&T she knows her stuff.

HORRIBLE customer service from Jenny and Lily. Came in today to upgrade my phone. Jenny was not nice from the beginning of our interaction. She told me it would be cheaper to add a line and I told her we didn’t have one to add. She pushed again. I repeated we do not have a line to add. She then told me if I continued to have an attitude she would not help me. So we walked out and came to the Mebane location where they have been wonderful!

Horrible customer service!!! I understand policy but have a solution other than “i cant help you” my son needed a new sim card however, I'm not an authorized user on his phone as someone else pays for the plan. I ask the rep can we call customer service and she said she didnt know it’s not her job. She clearly knew she could not help me as she repeated it several times. I guess that was the only aspect of her job she could comprehend. Went to another AT&T in Mebane and was able to get an additional solutions and was able to call and have his E sim card activated. Without breaking policy. Problem solved!! Dont go here if you need help!

I had an excellent experience at the AT&T store.The Gentleman that helped me was patient and very courteous.We spent almost 2 hours ours together and a left with a new phone

This place has the worst customer service ... the manager walked around acknowledging ppl walking in but I had been sitting in the store for 45 minutes and they told me it was going to be a 30 minutes wait ...while there was around 15 customers waiting to be seen 5 in the que ...2 salesmen and the manager walk out and go home ... I am very tempted to change service

We have been with AT&T for almost 10 years. I have never had so many problems until now. Our home internet had been out for 2 days and every time we call customer service they tell us it will be another 48 hours! They have no problem idea where the problem is within 4 cities and they are not offering to help at all. No one from att has even been in our area. It's time to find a new carrier.

The worst customer service!For a tech company they should know how to change their hours of operation on the internet and not just the front door. Really? If I could switch to another company I would but spectrum isn’t offered where I live and the other companies over charge or don’t offer the coverage I need for the area I live…. Save yourself the trouble find another AT&T store or even better save yourself the headache and find another cell phone provider.

My kids talked about my old cell phone and told me I need to upgrade at least to 2023. My experience at the store was totally awesome. I recommend everyone to go there and if you can ask for John, a.k.a. J, a.k.a. the mayor. He is awesome. I felt like Family was helping me yesterday, again just a wonderful experience. Now I’m up-to-date with my phone.

KT and Hunter provided both my wife and myself with fantastic customer service regarding our plan inquiries. Their knowledge and professionalism are top-notch. Both are a great asset to this AT&T location.
