Shady business practices..I called for an annual check up and they DID NOT INFORM ME they will not complete annual check ups on new patients. Insurance won’t cover it due to them not using the annual check up code. I called and requested them change the billing to the CORRECT CODE & they will not. Stay away, very shady.

Amanda Shirley has been nothing but a good fit for me since moving to the area. She’s thorough, patient, and really takes into consideration my opinion(s) as a patient. She goes out of her way to ensure that my health concerns are both addressed and treated in a timely manner.

This is the worst customer service you can ever get. The front desk always answers the phone, but the nurses never does, you leave bunch of voicemail and no one call you back. They prescribe you meds that they do net send to the pharmacy, when you try to call them to ask them to send it to the pharmacy since they forgot to do that, they do not pick up the phone, nor reply to your voicemail. Terrible customer service

I love Alliance Medical!!! Dr.Tejansie is the BEST!!! He has been my Doctor for at least the last 10 years!!! Absolutely NO complaints here!!!

What a lousy place.. You pay them to set up a referral apparently and yet you are expected to chase down the appointment and don't wait on them to call you back because that doesn't happen either. Stay away from here.

Fraudulent billing to insurance and patient….if you go here watch out for the phony bill coding that will empty your bank account!

I've been here now 3 times and each time the entire staff have been professional and always on time. Today specifically I had to tote my 2 toddlers with me and everyone were extremely patient with us and welcoming. I've enjoyed getting to know Amanda as my new primary physician. Would recommend!

They mislead me into taking a MRI and said my insurance would cover, then sent me a bill for $800. Laughable. Front desk won’t even pick up the phone so I can pay my bill! I’ve called the pass 2 days and no one has answered and left numerous voicemails.

The doctor and PA saved my life!! I hadn't felt good in 3 yrs until a good friend of mine told me about where she went. Sure there was alot of going back and forth to start with...but worth it!! THANKS for all y'all do!!

Absolutely love this place. Doctor Kahn and Doctor T.J. are the best around. The best nurses hands down plus the reception crew and insurance personnel are class acts.
