After 5 years of using this facility Michelle is the only reason I am still a tenant. She is truly an access to Valley Storage! I give 5 stars ⭐️ for her wonderful customer service support.
(Valley Storage) Is a money hungry company. Be aware of the sudden price increases!

I've had a storage unit here for over a year. I love how they upgraded the place and how it is easily accessible. I've been on auto pay and I love it so that I wouldn't forget to make a payment. I've had a great experiences here and Michelle has been extremely helpful whenever I had a question or needed any assistance. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing a storage unit!

Nest storage facility I have ever worked with. Great prices. Friendly and easy to work with. Once you have committed, don't expect to upsize or downsize. Not going to happen.

My grandma has a unit here and doesn’t do google, so I’m reviewing for her! Mrs Michelle is absolutely amazing, the place is clean, and they have free snacks! It doesn’t get any better! Highly recommend!
