They are a family owned business who are just genuine people looking to help others Yesterday, after bringing Steven to the airport driving on the dark roads of Lillington at 5:30am, my SUV was doing all kinds of funky things. I called them first thing when they opened, they took my car in, called me and told me what was wrong and worked on it, and was even less than what they estimated. Please look up Josh and Connor at 421, you won’t be disappointed They are some awesome guys.”

“This shop is absolutely fantastic! I had taken my 04 TSX to another shop in Erwin NC that tried to charge me for unnecessary repairs and extra parts. My car had an obviously bad wheel bearing on the front drivers side. When I went to Gill I was upset and frustrated and ready to get my car fixed. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and eased my anxiety. I dropped off my car around 9:30 AM and they had it ready by 12:30PM. “I was very concerned with taking my car to be touched by any repair shop out here.... I stopped by another shop and without even looking at my car, the guy told me, "oh your quoted repair from the insurance company will not be enough to cover your repairs". Luckily, I found Colortek, Steve was sooooooo helpful took my car in and despite my parts coming in separately no fault of Colortek, they had an impressive turn-around time and GREAT communication. “Have had the most amazing experience here! My husband uses them for tires and auto servicing and has been great but the real win for me was when my new (2 years old, 25k miles) under warranty Honda Odyssey was making a noise that concerned me. I stopped driving immediately and brought it here as the dealership was much further and worried me. I was prepared for them to fix that day hopefully. Not only did they tell me something else that they could have charged me for but took the time to really deep dive, taking things apart just to find the problem, but also helped us through what we needed to do as he knew this was a manufacturer defect.It was a broken motor Mount. Could have been catastrophic had I kept driving. Thank you God for keeping my family safe and for an honest, respectable, hardworking owner and crew. You are truly missing out of you are not using these guys for your auto needs.”
“GREAT service. Took my car to Total Performance and was charged over $100 to VIEW the car. This place does NOTcharge to diagnose your car problem and only charges if a service was done on the car. Honest good work. Great pricing. Which is hard to find. This has been my go to shop for the past few months and I will not be switching over any time soon. Glad I found this place.”

“My appointment was at 2:30 p.m. and asked to be called when my vehicle was ready for oil change and now it is 4:30. Bad service and when I called at 4:15 p.m. no one at the service dept. Would answer the phone. I was told that it would only be about an hour and half. They was not answering the phone on purpose. I talked to the manager and he was very helpful. “We were looking for a used car and found the perfect one at Capital Ford of Lillington. The salesman was great, the price was good, but that's not the impressive part--the manager did what he said he would do. Call me a cynic or a realist, but I don't usually believe someone when they tell me they will do something. Justin at Capital Ford of Lillington did exactly what he said he would do. The only thing holding us back from buying this used car was a crack in the driver's side door window. Justin promised that he would have it fixed if we bought the car. In less than a week (had to order the glass from who knows where), the new glass is in the car and while we were waiting for the glass guy to install it our car was beautifully detailed! We encourage everyone to see the wonderful people at Capital Ford of Lillington!”
