Worst pharmacy experience. They Lost prescriptions. Waited hour and 1/2. Forget to fill 2nd prescription. Waited another 20 min. Never again. Horrible

Went inside to pick up two prescriptions that had been called in several hours earlier. No one acknowledged me as I stood waiting. It appeared to me that one young man went out of his way to ignore me as I tried to catch his eye while he stood around waiting for cars to pull up to the drive thru window. I finally left after 20 minutes.The staff in the pharmacy could definitely use some customer service training. I see that most of the reviews left were complaints about the service at the pharmacy.

TERRIBLE THE MAN THAT WORKS IN THE PHARMACY was late with my meds and everyone else’s there and is telling people to apply for a job …… should be fired honestly need to rehire pharmacy staff and keep meds stocked idk why they bought out Bryson city pharmacy if they couldn’t handle everyone

Love the girls that work there, very sweet. But whoever runs the pharmacy… horrible. This place just bought out the only other local pharmacy, yet can’t keep a widely used medicine in stock. Makes no sense, every time you go you wait a year to pick up, and I just don’t see why anyone would buy another company out of business and then not be able to keep stock of the very meds that your customer needs.

Phenomenal staff, and great customer service. Definitely busy at points, and the pharmacy is closed on weekends; but the staff there treat you like family!

This is a nice store and pharmacy and I like the easy to use, Walgreens app. I would have rated 5 stars but their pharmacy is closed on weekends. If I need my prescription, and can’t wait until Monday, I have to go elsewhere.

Unfortunately, our daughter got sick during our trip to Bryson City. After taking her to urgent care, her meds were sent to this Walgreens pharmacy. Everyone was very nice and her meds were filled rather quickly.

Greeted on arrival and thanked when I was leaving. Stock is maintained. It's a good pharmacy with helpful staff.

I have always had excellent service at this Walgreens there is a shortage of help which creates a problem people that give one star reviews like this Amber Bush Are just typical Floridians that have nothing to do but complain. Get a life and stay in Florida.
