I am writing this review because I wouldnt want this to happen to anyone else. I had to purchase all 4 new tires while on a road trip and this place would recieve the tires I needed, the soonest. On the way home, air started blowing out the stem valve of one of the tires. I had to pull over and put the spare on. We then took it to the closest tire shop to get it fixed. At first I thought, ok, maybe the stem valve went bad, it happens. We continued our way home but after an hour and a half, another stem valve started blowing air out. We had to pull over again, put on the spare back on and take it to the nearest tire shop. This time, I asked them to check the other stem valves. Once the work was completed, we continued home again. The next day I took it to our local tire shop so that it can be properly checked out. I felt it shaking on the way home as well. They confirmed that not only were the tires stem valaves not replaced but the tires were never balanced. They saw the two new ones that were installed on the way home but the other two had the old stem valves. I called Smokie Mountain Tires to tell them what happened and I was told that they always balance and replace the stem valves. I then asked if they can call my local tire shop to confirm what I was saying and they said yes. I havent heard anything from them since. I only give them the second star because Melanie was very nice when I spoke to her. Other than that, always make sure you check your stem valves. If they are the rubber ones, you HAVE to change them when you change your tires.

Excellent customer service. One of our tires got a nail in it while on a weekend trip, we were able to make it to Smoky Mountain Tire before it went completely flat. They got us in and out speedy, quick. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area.

On our trip at Cherokee both rear tires had broken some bands called them up and made an appointment the next day. Didn’t have my size tire due to it being a bigger tire they had a used set in my size and was able to at least get me home safe. Very nice staff would recommend

I won't go into details, but these folks TWICE in ONE DAY showed us out-of-towners unbelievable hospitality. Their model goes beyond mere business. We were strangers in urgent need of their services. They could have easily pressed their advantage.
But. They. Did. Not.
They earned all 5 stars. And I won't forget their kindness.

We were on Vacation for Anniversary and Blew a Tire on Hyw 74 , Ray Ordered the Exact Tire and Got it and Installed it , Great Fast Service, and Friendly, Texted me when Ready They Hooked me up and I am From Out of Town. Good Job

We needed a tire replaced quickly so we could get home before the hurricane to get our house ready. They said no problem and had us done and out the door in 30 minutes. Good prices and friendly and fast service. I would go back there again, and I highly recommend them.

I stopped in with a rental car with a screw in the tire. I had to be out of the Air BB in an hour. These guys squeezed me in, plugged the tire within 20 minutes and had me on my way. I asked how much.....NO CHARGE. These guys are great and really helped me out as we had a 6 hour drive ahead of us. Thank you guys.
