I can not say enough good things about this resort . The views are spectacular, rooms were cozy and clean and plenty of things to do within a close drive . Wendy (owner) was great and friendly and eager to help with anything we needed . Constatine (owner) was fabulous , he was so friendly and accommodating ,he is the owner and also runs the restaurant , they had a limited menu when we went but the food was fabulous !!!!! We ended up eating at the restaurant all 3 nights we stayed, the drinks from the bar were also great !! Tate who was the bartender the last night we went was wonderful and so friendly. I will definitely be back bringing my fiancé next time (this trip was a girls trip) . Can’t wait to return .

Rooms: Very clean, spacious and comfortable.
Nearby activities: Took a train ride through the Great Smoky Mountains, explored downtown Bryson City's adorable and eclectic shops.

A wonderful place to stay (we lodged for 12 days), to walk the trails, catch up on reading, think, have an evening drink watching the sunset from the veranda of the main lodge, or to just relax. The individual cabins are lovely and well-appointed. Overall an air of country ease permeates the Village. Very special thanks to Wendy and her myriad nonpareil kindnesses during the course of our stay. And special mention goes to everyone else from Nantahala Village we met and interacted with. All lovely people and a credit to the Village. Thank you so very much and we'll be back.
Rooms: Nicely appointed rooms and cabins.
Nearby activities: Plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and shops just a few minutes away in Bryson City.
Safety: Peaceful and quiet.
Walkability: Walking around the property is lovely in and of itself.

If I could give 100 stars, I absolutely would! My family—my husband, our two teenage daughters, and I—became displaced due to Hurricane Helena. After applying for assistance, FEMA responded within 24 hours, and Natahala Village Resort was on their list. It was the closest option to our home, about an hour and a half away, as well as nearly an hour to my husband’s workplace.
From my very first phone call with Wendy until our departure two weeks later, she and the staff treated us like family. They provided us with a care package that perfectly suited our unique needs. It's really difficult to express how deeply grateful we are for their extraordinary efforts.
Now, here’s my review: This place has an amazingly beautiful location, spacious and clean rooms, and easy access to all the nearby towns. If you need anything, Wendy is there for you; she’s like Mary Poppins, magically pulling things out of her bag!
My husband and I are planning to renew our vows next year, and can you guess where we're headed? Natahala Village Resort! I’m so excited to return during happier times. With the leaves changing, it's the perfect place to take in the beautiful autumn foliage. The views are stunning, the drive is amazing, and everyone here is incredibly friendly—so be sure to book now! Thank you again, Wendy; you and your team are the best!

I can't say enough wonderful things about our stay at Nantahala Village Resort! Nestled in the heart of the beautiful Smoky Mountains, this resort is a true hidden gem. The cabins are cozy, clean, and well-maintained, offering a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and we loved waking up to the peaceful sounds of nature each morning.
The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, offering exceptional customer service with warm, friendly smiles. Whether we were hiking the nearby trails, relaxing by the pool, or enjoying the fire pit in the evening, we felt completely at home.
If you're looking for a tranquil getaway with easy access to outdoor adventures like rafting, zip-lining, and exploring the Great
Smoky Mountains National Park, Nantahala Village is the place to be. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already planning our next trip back!
Highly recommend to anyone looking for an unforgettable mountain retreat!

Ok. We have to talk about comfort. The bed. I will be on a mission to find an equivalent mattress and topper as decadent as our bed at Nantahala Village Resort. It was firm yet soft as a cushy nest. We just sunk into it. No tossing & turning, just a great comfortable sleep.
Every was clean and well appointed. Service was great and definitely treat yourself to the menu at Kallisto. The trout cakes are amazing and the steak entree was done to perfection.
This is a great place to unplug & unwind. I could spend days here without leaving with a good book, the great views and exploring, yummy food and drinks and just some good quiet time.
The grounds and pool are beautifully kept by friendly staff.
We look forward to our next visit!!!
Rooms: Very comfortable & clean, the bed was amazing!
Nearby activities: Visit Bryson City, Cherokee, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, breweries, wineries, museum, NOC rafting and adventures, fishing & hiking.
Safety: Very quiet and secure.
Food and drinks: Great dinner and drink menu at on-sight restaurant.

The property is beautiful and super clean, with a beautiful mountain bibe.... highly recommended. THANK YOU WENDY... We had a lovely stay
