Today I had the pleasure of visiting McCanahan’s. This shop is wonderful! There are so many interesting and unique items. I purchased a beautiful handbag for someone special. I’m so excited to give it to her. The proprietors were very welcoming. If you haven’t had a chance to visit this shop, I highly recommend it!

McClanahan's Closing and Gift Shop is an absolute gem in Bryson City, NC! I had the most delightful shopping experience there and couldn't be happier with my finds. This place is so clean and new you will feel like you are the first person to ever stay in it. It has a ton of space in it and everything in it is top of the line. Walk outside and you are literally in the middle of the towns main street with every thing you could want steps away. Fantastic place to stay!

I love McClanahans!! They always have something different! Beautiful clothes, home decor, etc. So much to look at, I have to walk around a couple of times! The staff is always ready to help and so pleasant!

NOTE!! ESPECIALLY FOR MY TOURIST FRIENDS Looks very beautiful and very attractive but the price tags especially on the statues $275 for something that can fit in my hand.. well.... I can make you a promise instead of wasting money on tourist places this absolutely great gentleman that owns Bateman's produce sells beautiful statues I swear you'd think it's real from about 30 ft I bought one I couldn't even lift up for $150 and he has even bigger for great prices sizes of all kinds and absolutely everything and also I purchased a little more up the road a hand carved about 3 ft tall wooden hand carved bear for $250 that's more that fare and I make this post because the experience I had with those two wonderful guys they deserve the love and support!

This shop has a lot to offer...high end clothing, decorative items for the home and many unique pieces of art; not to mention, several large bears.
