“The five service is great, I got 10 tives of various sizes, most the red color, for just under $100. The parking lot wherre you go to actually tube has a $5 per day fee. The tubes felt very durable and had solid bottoms and a little back piece to rest your back which was nice. The check in and out process for the tubes was very easy. Note that you have to walk a ways to get to the spot to tube. Had a 7 year old do it just fine holding her tube though, so not to big of an issue.”
“Decent rooms consistent with most choice hotel properties. Good variety at breakfast, but unfortunately the pool was closed. Coming back from the casino late at night, noticed that there was no lighting in the parking lot.”

“Stayed one night during the week. Price was right and the rooms were nice and clean. The renovations look good. Close proximity to the shops in Cherokee and the start of the Smokey Mountains / Blue Ridge Pkwy. Casino is a five minute walk. Staff was friendly and the breakfast is enough to get you up and running in the morning (e.g. coffee, OJ, whole fruit, cereal, bagels, etc). No prepared hot food (e.g. eggs, bacon), but there are plenty of places close-by to have breakfast if that is what you are looking for. Will be staying here again the next time I am in Cherokee.”

“My husbands family has been tenting here for generations. His family as kids grew up going here, him and his siblings as kids going here. We have carried this tradition onto our kids lives as well. We absolutely love tenting here. We choose October because there is something about the fall season here. The Halloween activities are super fun for all ages of children, even teens get excited. We like to tent the riverside sites. Fishing is available and we take advantage of that too. I have seen reviews about being crowded. Yes there are others here, but for us it brightens the experience. (Not too crowded to us) Everyone is friendly and talks. You make new friends and so do your kids. Also I am happy the WiFi isn’t super strong at our site because we go for an internet disconnect anyway and family time. If you prefer WiFi it still works very strong at the front desk/office and they even have coffee there. We have seen others check their phone while grabbing a cup of coffee there. Thank you!”
“I've been coming to NC to visit friends and family and for the scenic view of the Moutian now for the past 8 years, sometimes there is not enough room at relatives house. So book a room here ahead of time. There's never any issues with reservations or cleanliness of rooms. Nutritions food options for breakfast. And staff is always respectful and helpful. The indoor pool and Jacuzzi is always clean everytime I visit and it is. Reasonable pricing and hospitality is what keeps me coming back!!! Thank you Smoky Mountain Inn & Suites!!Rooms: Clean and comfortable no critters.Nearby activities: CASINO ,CASINO, CASINO!!Safety: Cameras everywhere! They watching!!”

“What a gem! There’s so much that can be said about The Everett, but in a nutshell, the owners make it a fabulous experience from the time you book. Great communication. They are welcoming. The rooms, restaurant, and rooftop patio alll make this a top notch hotel. I highly recommend staying here for a family visit, girls weekend or even a romantic getaway.
Rooms: Rooms are well stocked and no detail is spared. Oh and you can’t miss the fresh cookies each evening with your name on them!
Walkability: So many little shops and restaurants are a few steps away.”
