No pesticides are used. Cleared out or storage there was all kinds of bugs. No roaches though. Just everything else.

The guy that owns it is an Awesome guy during this whole Corona stuff going on I called him and he was great about helping with my storage bill hes the best I've ever rented from cheaper than any I've looked at and enjoy renting from him best experience I've had from a storage facility

NOT SAFE..Had my unit entered( NOT BROKEN INTO) items stolen.Sheriff said "It happens frequently" . Don't take the offer of getting a free lock with only one key.... Guess who has the other key. Bad place...NOT SAFE
